Every detail is planned to make you feel at home. Our funeral home offers a full range of traditional and cremation services and pre-arrangement plans to accommodate any family's final wishes.

Welcome to the premier resource for Hobbs local funeral home services. Here at Chapel of Hope, our team can work closely with you to handle an abundance of end-of-life needs and concerns. Are looking to pre-plan your funeral or help a beloved family member do the same. Funerals are often thrown together at the last minute, but they don't have to be.
Services
The caring and experienced professionals at Chapel of Hope are here to support you through this difficult time. We offer a range of personalized services to suit your family's wishes and requirements. You can count on us to help you plan a personal, lasting tribute to your loved one. And we'll carefully guide you through the many decisions that must be made during this challenging time.
At Chapel of Hope, we take great pride in caring for our families, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one. In addition to the services we offer, you will receive an online memorial that you can share with family and friends. While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time.
Life is full of opportunities to show someone we love them. One such opportunity is the funeral or memorial service. Such a loving event celebrates the choices they made, the relationship you shared, and honors the memory of your loved one. Our funeral directors and staff are here to offer guidance and address your questions and concerns about the funeral process during a most difficult time.
Our service professionals work together to minimize confusion and maximize understanding so families can make informed choices. When a loved one passes away, it's always emotional-in some cases traumatic. And yet, there's not always time to sit and to grieve, at least not at first. There are a lot of practical matters that you have to attend to, and decisions you must make, to ensure a proper memorial service and burial.
As part of a meaningful celebration of life, family and friends may wish to gather for a special time of remembrance with a balloon release. Releasing balloons helps us say goodbye in a unique way, allowing us to experience greater closure and healing as we "release" our emotions and grief. To make it more personal, write messages of hope and love on the balloons before releasing them.

Chapel of hope is an amazing place they handled the arrangements for my dad, they treated us with respect and made us feel as comfortable as they could. They took care of everything and made sure it went as smoothly as it could. Thanks again to all the staff there. You truly are a blessing to Hobbs

For years I’ve been watching and participating in services performed by Chapel of Hope. When my mother passed in July, my family and I had a very pleasant experience, during a very difficult time! Everyone at Chapel is genuine, caring and very knowledge in every step of the way! I would Highly recommend them…

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They are very unprofessional & non caring. They did not meet any of our expectations. It should be called the chapel of nope. They basically ruined our last moments w our loved one.

This place is such a terrible disappointment. Very unprofessional...rude and non caring. If you want an assembly line type atmosphere this would be your place. Very expensive. You will spend thousands of dollars and be given a very inadequate time of viewing your loved one unless you really contend for more to the point of telling them you are considering changing funeral homes. Then magically you get more time. Very matter of fact ...take it or leave it type attitude... two of my uncles have passed this month and the embalming job they did on them was hideous... when I told them one of them didn’t

Leaving a one star review for a zero star experience. Instead of helping the family during their time of grieving they made it worse. They rushed the family through the service, Even going so far as to wheel the casket into the church foyer so people would leave as fast as possible after viewing their loved one.

I have recently attended a funeral serviced by Chapel of Hope. I was very disappointed in the staff. They were rude and rushed the mourning family at every step in the process, going as far as to grab the casket and wheel it to the door during the funeral service. I do not recommend this funeral home!

One of the most unpleasant experiences ever, do not use Chapel of Hope if you care for your loved one because the staffs highest goal is to get the funeral over with so that they can get back to enjoying their life...before the funeral was over the staff rushed up the isle and wheeled the casket out of the church so that they could force a drive by viewing and then they left all the family in the church by themselves while they ran everyone by the casket like a drive through car wash....very unpleased and would not ever use them again.

I attended a funeral today for a very dear friend and long time resident of Hobbs. I have been to funerals in years gone by that Chapel of Hope has hosted and I don't recall any bad experiences, BUT today was absolutely pitiful! It was very apparent that the staff wanted to get it over with. Your expressions told us you didn't want to be there. You know, maybe if I hosted funeral after funeral, I'd be cold with no respect to the people having the hardest days of their lives too...? Wheeling the casket out so the friends and family could take a quick glimpse at their loved one and hopefully go on

We received excellent service from Chapel of Hope when our mother passed. It was, of course, a very difficult time and they took care of all the details while we tended to the bigger things like relationships and emotions. They were a channel of God's love to us and we will always be grateful for their involvement in our process.

My family was struck hard when my grandpa passed away. Every single person that works at Chapel of Hope was helpful and sweet. I would recommend this business to anybody that I could. Very professional, and compassionate all around!
