Recently took a tour of Restore Restoration's newest facility in Melrose Park and what's impressive is that they did the remodeling themselves and when they consult with their clients at their facility they're able to show them the quality of their work! Looks sharp! My go to person is Silvia Aguilar, always answers my calls/texts and my clients love the fact that she's bilingual and punctual!

I contacted Restore Construction after an ice-damming disaster that damaged three levels of my home. Mike, Chris and the Restore team were amazing! They immediately began the mitigation process to ensure that all moisture was removed from the interior of the walls. They also worked with my insurance company to expedite the claim process. Then came the transformation. I was provided with the most professional and skilled construction crew (Joe was amazing!). Restore Construction rebuilt our home following a fire June 2020. Mike, Chris and Tom were the main contacts and always answered me promptly. Conrad and crew did the rebuild. We were able to make some changes for functionality and quite pleased. They made recommendations when I was overwhelmed with choices. Even after we moved back into our home, Restore was responsive to my inquires and followed up promptly to address minor items that needing attention.
I was pleased to hear from my mortgage company's inspector that they like the work that Restore does as well as Restore having a reputable standing

I woke up to the sound of a car crashing through the wall of my garage practically taking the entire structure down. I called Restore Construction and they sent out Henry to take care of everything. He put up a new corner to support the roof as well as covered the large opening that was left from the garage door being ripped off. It was a great relief to have an expert and someone that was so professional take care of everything.

Make Restore your # 1 call, Patrick, Candi and their team have been great in helping us deal with insurance and repair. They were able to help us find temporary housing, get our clothing rushed for cleaning and really advocate on our behalf! Very nice people, I could call or text on weekend , or late evening and Patrick was their to answer my questions. Restore was the first to show up the day after our devastating fire. From that point forward they were comforting and professional. They were able to work with our insurance company State Farm and with us every step of the way. While there were understandable covid related delays we got our devastated home gutted and rebuilt in about 7 months. … We also had a great deal of our posessions packed, stored and returned in a professional manner. It was overall a very long and involved process as one would expect but the result was that our home was rebuilt better than before and all up to code

The roof of our home caught on fire soon to be 3 weeks ago and the Restore agents were their to help. Silvia has been a great help interpreting from English to Spanish, she’s been their to help in what she can and always answers her phone to answer the questions we may have. So far everything is going well. Their going to restore our home. I can’t wait to see our home restore from the fire and water damage. Thank you.

I have worked in property management for years, and have worked with Restore to handle emergency clean up and repairs for three fires and a flood at multi-family buildings. The emergency response was fantastic, helping organize a chaotic scene. They go to bat for you when the insurance company is being difficult. And throughout long, involved repair jobs, they kept communication open and worked to make sure everyone returned home to see a job well done. They know the business, and can handle everything from boarding up and securing the building when the firefighters leave to making sure the finishing

I don't know who runs this place now but whoever handled everything back in 2012 was either a criminal or incompetent. we had a fire that included our house as well as that of family next door. once some of the items left the houses in their black garbage bags, we never saw them again. did they take them to be "cleaned" at their warehouse or did they steal them? at some point they were lost or more likely stolen. you don't "lose" that many items. this company screwed us over big time. their work was "shoddy" in many areas. they talk a good game, convince

In any situation, be prepared to do your own share of research and ask questions, especially if you've never had an insurance claim! Matt was a huge help on all of this. He is a great asset to Restore and we were lucky to have him take over as our project manager. After the fire in our house, Restore Construction came through and helped us get our life back to normal. They provided guidance with the insurance company and the restoration of the house, which was very… helpful. Construction went well throughout the process until the finishing touches at the end. At that point I felt the contractors were cutting corners and rushing to get the job done on schedule. Deadline came and we had to move back in even though some work had to be done but was assured that it would be in a timely fashion. After multiple concerns Restore changed the project manager

Restore Restoration (movers) did two different moves for my over the past 6 months. Fernando and his crew did a great job. They wrapped each piece of our belongings and boxed them up carefully. They then moved all the furniture, tv etc. with expert skill. I was quite impressed and will certainly use them again for our moves!!

My parents' house had a pretty bad fire last year and Restore did an AMAZING job restoring it. They were willing to work with my parents (who are not the easiest people to work with) to get the house not only to back to the way it was, but definitely made it better.
Chris, the project manager, was great. He's patient, reliable, and always communicative. Even though I live in New York and my parents are in Chicago, he always kept me up to date on the progress.
Restore definitely made a horrible situation a lot easier.
