Services
Personal relationships are invaluable. That's why we are fully invested in getting to know those in your care and how to best support the unique needs of your community. The business of long-term care is complex and providing compassionate service, clinical capabilities, and pharmaceutical care isn't always enough to guarantee success.
Our Core Values are at the heart of our mission, and they drive us to deliver better care. In every aspect of our business, superior service leads to better patient outcomes. We've leveraged smart business strategies, extensive industry expertise, and our personal code of ethics to create a culture of true partnership in every sense of the word.
Creating a better kind of local pharmacy starts with great employees. We seek entrepreneurs, the intellectually curious, and people who are passionate about serving and providing the best possible pharmaceutical care to assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other long-term care facilities.
At Saliba's Extended Care Pharmacy, we understand the challenges of serving senior residents in assisted living and memory care communities. Long-term care is not a one-size-fits-all industry, which is why we tailor our services based on community, customer, and state requirements. This customized approach allows us to partner with communities to help improve resident safety and makes the job easier for hardworking caregiver staff.
Given the highly specific needs, and the differences in regulations from one state to another, it's important to have a pharmacy partner that is equipped to serve amid the complex challenges of skilled nursing facilities. Our licensed and trained medication management teams provide a variety of services to skilled nursing facilities.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. I had to place my grandmother in a care home and was told I had to use Saliba's Pharmacy or pay a $200 monthly fee. With no other affordable options, I signed her up and the first medication she received (a medication for her pain) was COMPLETELY WRONG. I caught the error and called Saliba's. The woman I spoke to is absolutely the rudest woman I've ever encountered.
She acted as though fixing their mistake was an inconvenience! They corrected their mistake the next day , but what was prescribed and what my grandmother received were two completely

Using this service for my parent in a care facility. We were told we had to use it or pay a $150 fee. Saliba’s billing is consistently wrong every month. I’ve been waiting for over one month for a payment to be credited. They charge enormous amounts for over the counter drugs and when asked to stop supplying otc medications they will not. I am realizing it will be cheaper and less frustrating to pay the fee and go back to using CVS.

It's something I suggest to a lot of people. It definitely saved us a lot of money and taught us a lot. Every drug they have is brand new and works well. I was also saved by the discount card. For my medication and health needs, this is a reliable business.

Unbelievably expensive! And, rude on the phone. When I moved my Aunt to another facility that place recommended Saliba's so I switched. Big mistake.
Every pill was more expensive. One was 1,000% more and another 500%.
In the two months it took to get out from under them I spent what would have carried me through 8 months at Korman.

Less than one star. Used this service for my mom in residential care home. Billing was incorrect every single month. She was double billed and accounting dept. didn’t seem to understand why! I made multiple monthly calls and they would assure me it would be corrected. Next month-same thing! They could not even correct the spelling of her last name which I told them about every single month multiple times. I feel so sorry for those who don’t have someone to oversee their account. Many like my mom are on limited budgets and these overcharges can have an impact. Stay away!!! This “service”

Every pharmacy I have been has its good and bad.
This place is no different. You get decent benefits, a laid back environment and good training. The pros are the pay, hours (work to life ratio and times you can work) and general sluggishness in communication, no compassion for you as an employee and heavy work loads. This place was a good place to work for as the owner is there to get his hands dirty also. One warning, they make you sign for an employee handbook, which has all their policies, but they never give you a copy to read. Their company policies are exstremely strict.

Meds are often late. Deliveries come at inconvenient times. Staff are trained to give lame excuses, if you can even talk to someone (I usually on hold). Cycle fill often comes with problems or wrong cassete times. My Mar corrections don't get done. They keep calling me and not leaving messages. When I call back, no one knows who called. I complain to supervisor, but they get pissy with me and never fix the problem. They send marketing person who just gives her business card and brochure, but doesn't address any of my concerns. I finally switch to Medical Arts and have been much happier with their
