This is a horrible company. My car broke down over the weekend on the freeway. My insurance called them and negotiated a rate. I waited for 2 hours, and they never showed up. It was night-time and I'm waiting on the side of the freeway...it was frustrating and scary! My insurance said they should have been there by then, and connected me with the tow company - the tow company said they never agreed to the rate from my insurance, so they already sent the tow truck out. But, they would still do a higher rate if I wanted to pay that...which doesn't make sense. How can the tow truck be unavailable

Do not ever do business with these people. They quoted me a flat rate of $90 for a 2 mile tow. They estimated a 20 minute wait. The wait extended to one hour. When I called they said they'll return my call, which they never did. Called another a half hour later! they put me on hold. Called again! they put me on hold. Another half hour passed (a total of 2 hours). Suspicious, I used my sons phone (different area code and number) behold they answered! I quickly requested to cancel the service. The girl over the phone said, ok, sorry. she didn't ask for my name, information...nothing! I

Don't ever call this number!
I called them yesterday at 11am to get my car towed. They said someone could be with me at 1pm. I asked for the price.They quoted me $110. At 2pm still none had shown up. I called them again and they said the tuck broke down and if I wait they will give me a discount. At 3pm, still none in sight I called again. The dispatcher who picket up said there is no info about my order in the system! Also he claimed not to be affiliated with Gil's towing. He said: "We are 24 towing". Still they share a phone number...Shady! I should have walked away right
