The new lady, I'm sorry I'm bad with names! Was very professional and accommodating. She's gonna be great for the patience. The beautiful lady in the back that ALWAYS takes care of my girls is exceptional. She's been there since day one. Short, dark hair sweetest lady ever. Thank you for y'all's patience with my family. We had gone here first without consulting elsewhere. I thought it odd that we were always the only ones there, very empty. It wasn’t a good experience for us at all. My sons expander has fallen out twice in 3 months (which isn’t supposed to fall out AT ALL.) my son (9) was also booked for an appointment to get braces, and I wasn’t even consulted about it first. The employee working on his mouth was rough every visit, my son writhed in pain and had tears in his eyes. the Dr. Asked told me he was a “drama king”. After getting a consultation elsewhere I was floored that Coates was so outdated

I brought my daughter here after a consultation elsewhere that I wasn’t impressed with.
The staff is very friendly, and the office is very clean and inviting. My daughter is afraid during most dental appointments, but Luz was very comforting and explained everything as she was doing it.
Dr. Coats engaged in friendly conversation with us and made us feel like he cared about us... not just our money. There are also some fun perks/prizes (the Coats’ Cafe and the Coats’ Coin Conversion Center) my daughter was excited about.
I definitely recommend having your services done here!

So where do I begin? Dr. Coats was my daughter’s orthodontist back in 2011-2012 in Flower Mound Texas. We started her phase one treatment, a holding arch, to preserve the work that had been done by her dentist with a palate expander. We started phase one and started making payments on her treatment. The holding arch was to remain until she was ready for phase 2, braces. During this time her braces were paid in full and our benefits for orthodontics were exhausted. One day we received a letter that his practice was closing and that all patients could come pick up their file on a specific date
