Pate Greening, broker/owner of Reliable Real Estate, has been with Reliable Management for over a decade. The management company was established in 1972, prior to Pate owning it. After becoming one of the largest management companies in East Texas, it made sense to open a sister company, in which Reliable Real Estate began.
