Dana grew up in East Texas and began working at the age of five, milking cows and hauling hay with his father. By age seven, he had no doubt that milking cows was not for him - he was going to need a career change. In 2003, Dana began his career in real estate as a land surveyor. In 2003, he moved to Tyler and earned his degree in Surveying and Mapping from Tyler Junior College and The University of Texas at Tyler.

An agent, Adam Stracener, from Red Stag Winnsboro office was the worst agent/builder I have experienced in thirty years of buying/selling real estate. Non responsive to request of documents, and lack of detail with workmanship on his build. He claims to be a seasoned builder that has attention to details. This is false!
