Dropped in because of a previous referral on how great this store is and how nice the people that work there are . Went in with 3 pieces of jewelry that needed some repairs. Nate who assisted me was the best, he did an excellent job in no time at all. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with pieces of jewelry fixed, and a happy customer. Nate is the best, he has excellent skills on knowing how to do business with customers. Highly recommend this business for any of your jewelry needs.

This is my second time coming into this business and every time has been amazing! They treated me with kindness and respect both times. They have been honest and very helpful. Went to Desert Diamond Jewelers after finding out that the jeweler a friend recommended, was closed on a Monday even though the web site said they were open. Went on Yelp and picked Desert because of so many good reviews. We were not disappointed. Owner Bill was knowledgeable and had a lovely selection of new and vintage jewelry. He listened to what I was looking for and offered many suggestions without being pushy. The end result was a beautiful Londan blue topaz ring. Dropped in to change 3 watch batteries and add a link to my watch. I was quoted 15 minutes, so I took my daughter to grab a quick lunch and we returned. Upon return, they had tested the existing watch batteries and only one needed replacing. They also replaced added my watch link mat no charge.
I'm a big fan of the honesty, the prices and the speed of repair. I was also told that they do offer maintenance service for automatic watches as well. I'll be taking all of my watches here from now on!

This place is great. Stopped here one day because it was near me and had great reviews and I wanted to know what my inherited jewelry was worth. They weighed each piece for me and gave me quotes and advised me on what I could do with them if I were to sell em-even if that meant selling elsewhere so I could get more $, and they also advised me on what I could do to fix some jewelry should I keep em. And they even cleaned all my dirty jewelry for free and left them shining and looking great..just great overall customer service and I actually have to get a few pieces fixed so I will be coming back

I called asking how long it would take to get my brand new engagement ring sized and not only did he answer all my questions but I was able to take my ring down to get sized the very same day. Bill helped me select the perfect fit and explained how he could keep my white gold looking bright. When I picked up my ring a little over an hour later it was impeccable; the gold was shiny and bright, the right size, it was absolutely flawless work. They have a customer for life.

These guys are so professional and caring! I wanted a ring resized for my anniversary this weekend and I came to them to see if they could. The jewler was so nice and after hearing when my anniversary was put a rush order on the ring and got it done overnight! The thing that I feel really shows his character is he did this AFTER I already accepted his business. This wasn't a selling point, it was a genuine care for my situation.
His services might be a bit more expensive then others I seen on here, but the work really is second to none. I couldn't believe how seemless the band was.

I'm always wearing bracelets (silver is my jam - and it's a soft metal) and so every now and then things happen. 2 of my arsenal were down so I wanted to see if it'd be too much to get them back in action.
I was helped by a tall slender man with brown hair. I didn't catch his name but he was kind and honest. One bracelet I had already put money into and it broke in a different spot. He told me that would probably happen again. I decided against it.
