These are the moments for which we live, and yet they can feel few and far between. We rush through life, only to realize we are following a path we'd never intended to walk. Something needs to change. Life has become empty and sad, but I avoid admitting it to myself or trying to do anything about it.

Let us help you reignite your passion for life, build resilience to stay the course, and begin to forge a new path toward the vibrant and joyful existence you deserve. At Aspire Therapy, we strive to help you to be your best self. We recognize the power of accomplishment, the need for support and time for reflection and planning to follow your dreams.
Services
We call you to discuss your goals, hopes, and dreams so we can match you to the clinician who can best help you achieve your vision of yourself. At your first appointment, we spend the first two-thirds of the session talking about your past and present. Then, we explore your hopes for the future and what changes you'd like to make in your life.
Therapy is so much more than that! It's an opportunity to learn and grow with intention, a chance to become more resilient and happier with ourselves and more confident in relationships. Most of all, it's a place to explore and actualize things that provide you with meaning and purpose. Throughout my years in practice and while earning my doctorate at Stanford, I've worked with people from very diverse backgrounds.
Here at Aspire, we are often looking for clinicians and psychological assistants who are a good fit for our team. Aspire Therapy Center is a collaborative, supportive, family-oriented, small group practice. Therapists at Aspire have experience providing empirically supported treatment to a diverse range of motivated and high-achieving clientele.
Therapists often talk about self-actualization. They use different terms, self-realization, self-discovery, but what does that look like in the real world? We strive to help you to gain insight and understanding so you can plan and change your life in small ways to make a larger, long-lasting impact.
I'm watching my little one running down the soccer field when she trips and falls. My breath catches, and I watch what feels like a slow-mo reel of her falling to the ground and then beginning to cry hysterically. I rush to her side as the game stops. She's crying so hard; she must really be hurt! I agree, hesitantly, assuming her knee must be hurt badly, but an hour later she's running around the backyard.
