They are very nice and make most compound medications for a very reasonable price. All three pharmacist are great and answer all questions. They take avg of 3 business days to make a product , but I wish they could do it in 1 day as most others do. They also have a great eugenics lab which comes out with the latest & very unique treatments. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

In this day and age is rare to find an exceptional business with a focus on customer service. After being told by serveral pharmacies a medication was not available from a specific manufacture. Suki at La Vita solved the problem when no one else could. Suki exemplifies true customer service. She is courteous, confident, professional listens and pays close attention to details. Any change in medcations she contacts us before she fills the medication. This is what you want in a pharmacy. Good service, attention to details, and great communication. 5 stars!

Nope. My prescription price increased and I could not get a single person to return my emails asking for confirmation on the pricing (3 emails) or my voicemails (2 of them) because they don't answer the phone. I wanted clarification because I was already paying more here than I would have at other places, and if the price did in fact go up, I wanted to know before having to order my medication again or risk running out. This attempt to reach them was done over a period of a week and a half so gave them more than enough time to respond. The increase amount was minor but it's the the fact that every

This pharmacy takes 3-5 days to process a prescription, in fact, it took over 10 days to get mine! Other compounding pharmacies take 24 hours to process a prescription. I went to process my refill yesterday and after being told it would take up to 10 days to receive it, I called another compounding pharmacy and my medicine is already on it's way. La Vita does not care about people's health otherwise they would process prescriptions in a reasonable time frame.

Awful pharmacy. I called to refill my prescription, and they told me I would have the prescription in "3-5 business days." I had exactly 5 business days worth of medication.
Called back on the 5th business day, and they had not even started on my medication. The guy on the phone clarified that "3 to 5 business days" is the processing time and does not include shipping because they are too busy. If they would have told me that in the beginning I would have had my doctor call in the prescription to a different pharmacy.
Now I don't have the medication and I am going to have to deal with the side

The staff is really friendly and willing to help you like Sue and Debra. Sadly there low ratings for this Pharmacy is due to their compounding process. They take over a week to refill your medications when they're due. But they love taking their weekends off and holidays. When they do this day back up even more on their refills They need a better system.

Had a prescription called in. They took my credit card over the phone and promised to ship. No prescription received 10 days later. My credit card was charged. Now they are just ignoring my phone calls and I have left 3 messages. Back to the doctor to try to get a new one called in to a different pharmacy. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Ridiculous customer service.

I love the staff at La Vita! It is important to me to understand the prescriptions I'm taking, including the best way to take them, the side effects and the results.
