I wish I could give a 5 star review on this company, but unfortunately I cannot. David is really nice to work with and made sure that we got quality looking countertops. However, the quality of the install is not quality at all. Our countertops are gorgeous, however they were cut improperly. Nothing fits properly and the caulking is horrible. We paid a lot of money in a beautiful home for a very unprofessional job. The sad part is that we were referred to this company by someone else who couldn't say enough great things.

I could not be more disappointed with my experience with All South Granite. At first, David was pleasant and patient to work with. My contractor for my bathroom renovation was delayed and David held the piece of Marble for me for a couple of months with a small deposit. That was the only good thing about my experience. When he arrived at my home I asked him to wear a mask. He gave me attitude but did it. Then the initial cuts were done improperly so he had to return a few days later. Not a big deal. When he returned I asked him to wear a mask again and he said he would leave if I asked

Ruth, David and the team at All South are excellent. We were ridiculously picky about who we chose to install our countertops. We probably talked with at least 15 different companies before we pulled the trigger with All South. They just left our house after installing our sink and countertops. David was very kind and accommodating when my cabinets were out of whack the first time they came out. He was patient and helpful, and I really appreciated it.

What a good experience! We dealt with Ruth in picking out our granite, she was so helpful in showing us quite a selection from which to choose. Our installation was stress free and we are so delighted with our makeover. This company is honest and dependable, will certainly deal with them for future projects!

All South Granite was the first we visited, saw a slab that we liked, liked Ruth, and made the decision to do business with them. Final product is beautiful and Brandon and Jeff were very professional and did a good job. However, the journey to finalization was less than wonderful.
David (owner?), came to our house and did the measuring for the countertops and an installation date was set and was told that installers would arrive between 9:30 and 10:30. No phone call confirmation from ASG the day before. At 11 AM on installation day no one had shown up nor had I received a call from ASG. I

Contacted Ruth at ASG originally to try to match my existing countertop that cracked after kitchen repairs from a water leak. Of all the companies I checked with, she was the only one illing to put in some effort to try to find the material for me. When this did not happen and I had to pick a new countertop, she and David Maddox worked with me to get pricing on a variety of materials my wife and I liked.
