HORRIBLE. My great grandparents have rented from them for years. They're currently without heat. I called to find out what the plan was and was met with "this is how things work" and a few other super kind statements. The conversation wdidnt go too well. Ended up getting hung up on. lol. Let's hope my 86 year old grandparents get heat after the 5 days without. Would seriously not recommend for long ter rentals.
