As lifelong residents of Allen County, our goal has been to renovate single family homes to help improve our neighborhoods. The way we accomplish this is simple. We purchase homes of any condition to restore and resell back into our community as residential property, not commercial. I have been with fisher investments for years now. Very caring people would not choose anyone else. I am very happy and pleased with them and the house and neighborhood is very clean and we'll taken care of. They care to keep their tenants comfortable and makes everything feel like home.

Currently living and renting through Fisher Investments and absolutely refuse to look anywhere else. They are always on time with any maintanence issues or any sort of sidewalk clean up and upkeep. They are nice, affordable, and the manager is wonderful. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Quality home that my boyfriend and I have lived in for several months now. 24/7 on call maintenance for any problems we may have. Such a cute affordable property: we love the security of knowing we are in good hands. Very professional staff, and it’s obvious they know what they’re doing. I’d have to say our favorite thing is that as long aswe pay the bills/rent on time and keep the place looking nice ; it’s like we aren’t even renting because they just let us be. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking in their locations!

Kandis has got to be one of the nicest and best landlords i have ever met. She made the experience of moving into my.first apartment easy, and enjoyable. The apartments she also rents out are beautiful and well kept. I cannot recommend her enough.
