I lived here for 2 years and really loved everything about it. The management were always super kind and responsive and you seriously could not ask for a better location. Wegmans right there, lots of food choices, and the folks who run 3rd Ave events always had fun things going on. It was a beautifully kept building and if I hadn't moved out of state I would have renewed for a 3rd year. Highly recommend.

Lived here for two lovely years. The building itself is still very new, it's very well-kept, and the people that work here are truly fantastic. Kudos to the management! Everyone is super helpful and very kind. We are moving out of our apartment only because we recently bought a house, otherwise we would've continued to live here. Thanks for the great memories, Huntington.

Loved it here! Marisa (property manager) and her entire staff has been so welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Pam, Michael, Erin, and Vlad were the nicest people you can work with. Complex is right in the heart of third ave and makes it very desirable.
5 Stars all the way. I would give 6 if we could.

This is a beautiful luxury apartment complex. The leadership staff and, particularly, Marissa excel in hospitality and customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and comfort to their tenants. The apartment was very well designed, spacious, modern and convenient. The proximity to the hospitals, industry and entertainment also makes it very much an ideal place to live.

Our overall experience living at the Huntington was excellent. The building is new and has several high end finishes and conveniences not found at other properties in similar price points. We loved the solid granite countertops and modern cabinetry in the kitchen. The building has a convenient and well-equipped work out facility, as well as a gorgeous outdoor space and lounge. The property manager and maintenance staff were attentive and easy to work with. It was nice to be within walking distance to Wegmans grocery store, in addition to many other restaurants and shops.
