Such a positive experience here! We had to deal with a negative experience today (not of Emery’s doing) and dealing with the manager Nate was a pleasure! He was so attentive to what we needed and more than willing to accommodate! Truly impressed! Not to mention how amazing this property is! Thanks so much!

Since the beginning of moving to emery flats Rachel an Nate in the leasing office has gone above an beyond to make sure my move was not going to be stressful.
I was so worried moving, but since I came to emery flats I have felt like a new person.

Nothing but positive things to say about Emery Flats! I moved in a little over a week ago and it has been flawless. It is super close to Boston and the on ramps to 93 N and S are two minutes from the parking lot! There are so many amenities available and the common spaces are well maintained and clean. Jaimi and Rachael were both very helpful and friendly. They processed our application and got us approved for the apartment within hours! Highly recommend.

We've been living at Emery Flats for about 6 months now and we have felt absolutely at home. The amenities are so well maintained and cleaned. Jaimi has helped us from the beginning and occasionally checks in on us. Although there are lots of apartments it's amazing that the staff are so personable and remember us by name. We are so glad to call Emery Flats our home!

Quiet neighborhood. Clean facilities. Spacious unit. Contemporary design. Spacious closet. Sleek and nice kitchen design. Bathrooms are nice and decent size. Nice floors in unit. Clean and well-lit hallway. Personally not too thrilled about the carpets in rooms. Trash room is small and strong odor, and disappointed that the trash chute opening is so small and narrow.

I have been living at Emery Flats for about 2 weeks now and so far everything has been absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is beautiful and I instantly fell in love with it when I first toured it. It was the first and last apartment that I toured, that’s how much I loved it!! The amenities are great and I look forward to using all of them very soon. The management staff is wonderful and so helpful. Most importantly, the leasing consultant Jaimi Rich has been helpful since day one and has made the whole moving process extremely easy. I am a vendor and visit Emery Flats monthly. The staff in the office is always welcoming and makes time for me. They have a genuine interest in how my company's services will benefit their residents.
I had the opportunity to partner with Emery Flats on a recent resident event. Due to the current pandemic, I was only able to spend a little time on site. In that short time, I was able to speak to several residents. They were happy with the community at Emery Flats and the amount of time and effort that is put into making them happy. Well thought out building. It has many convenient features you realize after moving in. Helpful and organized management that looks after everything. Cleaning staff is really good too. Love living here! Its really close to the highway so you get to places quicker and wont waste time driving on the road with traffic lights.

I recently toured Emery Flats and was honestly wowed by the apartment unit, lobby and amenities! The staff at Emery were so professional and informative. Jamie really made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with ease. I love the sleek design of the units and the location cannot be beat. The community events Emery hosts seem so fun and a really nice touch for the residents. I am excited to potentially join the Emery Community in 2021!

Emery Flats is honestly incredible. Jamie, Rachael and Nate are so personable and they have made my move to Emery Flats the most smooth and seamless move I've experienced to date. Every single feature of the complex is impeccable and don't even get me started on the included amenities! I absolutely love it here.

Here is the good: Emery Flats is one of the few available, modern apartments in Woburn. The apartments are beautiful and have a washer/ dryer and dishwasher included. The shower is a nice size and the walk in closets fits all of my clothing and luggage. There is also a coat closet and room for brooms, etc next to the washer and dryer. Amenities include a garage, gym, meeting room, two offices with a printer, a coffee bar and mail concierge. There is a trash and recycling chute on each floor. I just have to say if anyone is going to rent at the emery flats. Good luck.They are not friendly at all or flexible. I have never seen people that are definitely not people friendly!!.
It's not welcoming.dont get me wrong it's a beautiful place but it ruins the whole by having people that are not happy there.
Was told originally no charge for pets until my husband and I go in there and the assistant manager Rachel just let skip like she didn't know either. Excuse me aren't you suppose to be informed.

Emery Flats is a wonderful location. My fiancé and I moved here from another National Development location and were excited to see the same high quality of living. From even before we signed our lease the customer service provided by the folks in the leasing office was outstanding, they absolutely went above and beyond in welcoming us and accommodating our move in to this location. They went as far as booking us a hotel during our overlap-which upon arrival we were welcomed by chocolate covered strawberry's, puppy treats for our dog, and a hand written note thanking us for joining the community

I've lived at Emery Flats for about three weeks and I love it! The units are beautiful! High-end fixtures, high ceilings and huge windows. The property is tucked away off the main road and has a quiet neighborhood feel. Most importantly, the employees in the leasing office have been super helpful and responsive which has made moving in super easy. They are so nice and they have fun events on the property for residents to get to know each other. Absolutely love it here! Want to stay forever... :)
