When it comes to my cars I am super picky, and when it comes to body work, these guys know whats up. Very friendly, easy to deal with, fast service and great prices! I only had some scratches removed, but couldn't be happier. Two thumbs up! What I hate about having a car is I somehow make one small mistake and immediately it costs hundreds of dollars.

This place is great! I came to the place based on a recommendation of a friend, and wasn't disappointed. Walter was kind and friendly, and very responsive, and gave me a great rate. Quality of workmanship was great, and I appreciated how quickly they got the repairs done. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great. It was recommended to me after I had a small accident and needed a new headlight assembly and the front bumper to be reattached. My car is old (but good!) and I don't make much money, and Walter understood. He worked to find me the best deal on a reconditioned headlight assembly, did the bumper for me, and then also fixed some additional damage they found while working on it free of charge. He knew I didn't want paint touch-ups (it's not that kind of car, lol!) and he didn't try to convince me that I needed them. They did the work for me in one day. These

Do NOT look at the reviews below. Took my brand new Benz here after running over a median. It was in BAD shape however, Johnson said I'd have my car back almost new within 3-4 weeks. After weeks going by with a $15k charge to my insurance, I myself had to contact Johnson for updates after being postponed week over week with false promises. He does NOT call back when he says he will. Red flag number two.
I did get my car back but with only more issues. We ended up taking the car to the Benz dealership for them to see a huge crack within the shock towers that had solution slapped

This body shop was beyond what I expected PLUS what nice people I encountered there.
I had a bad accident with my Prius and expected it to cost more then I could afford but when the costs were configured it was very reasonable. The car came back perfect and so pristine it felt like I had a brand new car! The work was beyond fantastic.
One more thing that made me think I would never go to another body shop again was that while it was being repaired (and they finished way early!) I had surgery.

Incredible service!
Marina Auto Body and Johnson did an amazing job on my car. There were other minor scratches and issues that were not covered by insurance but they took care of it. It saved me a bundle of money and made the car look super. My entire car was washed and polished when I picked it up.

This is my first review on Yelp as I usually don't write reviews. I was absolutely amazed by Marina Auto Body shop's service!
I got into an accident a week ago, my car was hit by some crazy lady and she denied the accident saying she didn't hit my car. Her passenger side mirror scraped my car when she drove by my car. Since there's no witness at the time of the accident, her insurance company would not pay for the damage on my car so I have to claim my own insurance and pay out of my pocket due to the deductible. I was very upset and frustrated by the whole incident.

About their Request a Quote offer only: After sending photos of bumper damage and fender dent, and itemizing locations, descriptions of damage in photos, response was, "can you stop by to the shop for a in person estimate? Its really hard to tell exactly what damage there is."

I had a broken mirror and was quoted too high at other places that I checked it. Marina were great - they looked for several sources to procure replacement mirrors and gave me the best deal in parts and installation charges. Very happy to not be over charged. Especially helpful during the shelter-in-place order. Marina Auto Body made sure the procure the parts quickly and get it fixed in a short time frame. Highly recommend these folks.

This place is fantastic, professional, friendly, and economical. I was told it would take about 10 business days to repair my heap of a car but I ended up getting it back in 7! So they are not just efficient, but also kind, because in the interim I had to have surgery and couldn't any longer drive, and Johnson Chen a very lovely gentleman, delivered my spanking new looking, beautifully repaired Prius, no longer a heap, right to my doorstep ! I love this place!

I got into a car accident and had the tow truck company take my car to this place. All i can say is 5 star service! My anxiety from uncertainty was all taken care of by speaking to Vince. I think he is the manager there. His customer service is superior as he gave me options and explained them all thoroughly. He spoke clear and concise and assured me everything was going to get taken care of.

I came to Marina Auto body to replace my windshield due to some cracking. I was helped out by Leo Van, his customer service was impeccable and made sure I was assisted with everything that i needed. On the bright side also the replacement of the windshield was fast All i had to do was go down the block for some lunch and he gave me a call shortly after letting me know the windshield has been replaced. When i went to pick up my car I could not even tell the difference just as it was brand new! Would highly recommend this place if you have any auto body or glass damages! This is by far the best auto body shop I have ever done any business with. Marina was super professional, kind and went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone who works here is also super kind. I brought my car in a bad shape. He worked with both my insurance and I and made sure I was happy with the results. She made sure my vehicle was safe and drivable by the time it was returned to me. There are a lot auto body shops here in the San Francisco Bay Area, but there are just as many reasons as to why I have only been going to Marina Auto Body for 5+ years now. They do exceptional work and I've always been happy with the results. Over the years they have done a variety of jobs on my cars, from fixing and painting small scratches and scuffs, to full paint jobs and collision repairs.

First, I never write reviews BUT because of Marina's outstanding work I was compelled to write one. Vince was AMAZING from start to finish. He was honest and forthcoming about the procedure and the wait times. He gave his opinions on what needed to be fixed and what I should reconsider, which is rare when the shop could have made more money. I am so happy with the service I received at Marina Auto Body. My car looks great and runs like new. I was in an accident with 10K+ in damage and was so worried about what my car might look like after being fixed, but I am so glad I happened to make it to this shop. The staff is kind and courteous, even calling to check in periodically with updates. Vince is honest and explained everything in a way that I can understand. Best Auto Body Repair shop in San Francisco! =) I got into an accident back in January and I was very happy and satisfied with their work and services. They helped me follow up with my claim and I also got my windows tinted. I had a great experience with the team! This is the best body shop I've been to by far. Not only did the staff communicate with me every step along my insurance claim process, but they also completed all the body work in a timely fashion. The body work is very good, and you can't even tell my car had been in an accident. I was also very pleased to find that they put extra touches on my car-detailed inside and out. It's like I drove off the car lot for a second time in the same car. If I could give this shop more than a rating of 3, I definitely would.
