United Energy Engineers is locally owned and operated in Bellingham, WA. We design and install DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems for HVAC, lighting, and power metering in both new buildings and retrofits. Our goal is to construct ideal control systems that are optimized for both comfort and energy efficiency.
From our office in Bellingham, WA we provide true start-to-end service for the north Puget Sound. Our Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems reduce overhead by providing centralized monitoring and control, even via Internet. We also provide mechanical engineering service for HVAC systems, and control system engineering for virtually any process.
This is the latest of several jobs we've completed at St. Joseph Hospital. The old pneumatic temperature control was gutted and replaced with our BACnet Distech DDC system on four floors and the Air Handler Units. We saved a remarkable ammount of energy by considerably reducing fan speeds, adding damper control to terminal units, and programming our control for smart, demand-based heat recovery.
