Had them come out to my liquior store to check heat not working. Said it was a bad heat exchanger, called another company and they said the heat exchanger was cracked and bad but rocky also cut a sloppy hole in the backside of discharge ducting when all they had to do was diagnose from the front the new company said and/or repatched the hole correctly if you needed to cut duct to diagnose. Now i have to spend money to have it sealed so no rain can come in plus heat exchanger repair. Idiots. Stay away

Best experience. Outstanding responsiveness, reliability, and quality of work. We have a grocery and meat shop, with 5 walkin freezers, more than two dozen floor freezers and coolers, and a shopping area, all of which need to be kept at the right temperature around the clock, every day in the heat of summer and cold of winter. We have had and constantly have problems with freezers and AC parts stopping to work or getting damaged. And we lose inventory or have unhappy customers if problems are not fixed immediately.

This company responded quick and provided fair quote, so I picked them for my townhouse HVAC System replacement.
It was very easy to schedule with them with a short notice. 3 people showed up in the morning and finished everything before the end of day.
I watched how they did and very happy with them.
I am glad I picked this company over others.
I will add more update later and see how it goes with my 2 years labor warranty.

The team at Rocky (especially Love and his brother) are fantastic. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and best of all fast! We called with an AC emergency at 11 pm with 95 degree weather forecasted the next day and they had us up and running by Noon. They fully replaced our blower motor and gave detailed advice on how to keep the unit up and running for years to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wow such what a wonderful first time experience with them! They were out in the Catonsville area in 10 minutes after I called and diagnosed and fixed the problem of a new capacitor in 20 minutes. I have never had such great fast service done on my hvac so quickly. I friend recommended them to me and I was impressed. Hopefully this helps someone else decide if they want to use them.

My inherited mobile home needed a heat pump replacement last November due to extreme abuse of the old one. After consulting with several contractors for the best service, equipment, and price, I chose Rocky HVAC. Rocky installed the new heat pump and thermostat without any troubles, in an orderly and timely manner and with excellent customer service. I'm very pleased with the unit and the warranty, which I've not had to use and hope not to need.

We have used Rocky HVAC twice for maintenance on our furnace and a/c unit. The first service call was 2 years ago. At that time we just needed more freon. We called today for a new issue and received the same great customer service. The technicians are very professional and courteous. They are genuinely concerned about addressing your issue. They provide helpful feedback in layman's terms. Also, their prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with their service and we will continue to recommend them to others.

Well happened to be the hottest day of the year thus far, and oh course never fails AC goes out. Now this happens to be my fiancé parents house (both over the hill) we were also visiting with both our young children (one of which has pretty severe asthma as well). Noticed the house had got warm throughout the day. After asking the in laws the had signed up "with something" from BGE and it turns the AC off on hot days. After not being able to take it anymore left with the kids and hit the

We called this company on a Sunday morning because we were desperate. Our AC stopped working in 95 degrees. The technicians were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
