I started working the HVAC industry 20 years ago when I went with my father on various jobs he serviced. I knew that I wanted to work in the industry full time. I called Kevin at 4:20 p.m. on a very hot day when another company backed out of our appointment. Kevin called back almost immediately and said he would come out later that evening.

We worked with Kevin. He was very attentive and thorough. Through the repair, we discovered another problem with our AC unit. There was no pressure from Kevin to do an immediate repair and spend more money than we planned. He explained the situation and told us of our options. We will definitely be contacting Bayside Heating and Air again soon!

Kevin got my heater up and running in one afternoon. He also responded quickly to my late Sunday afternoon phone call and was here diagnosing the furnace the next day. He drove to get the new part and returned to install it on the same day. Kevin was also Courteous as he worked in my home.
