Went in for brake services, young mechanic fed me a line on how my 2018 car needed new rotors, calipers, etc. was gonna cost 600+ to get it done. Had a personal mechanic and shop look at them, both said calipers are just fine. Probs thought I was a college kid they could scam

I used them based on their ratings, which are well deserved. Very nice people. They were the 4th garage I took my truck to. I never felt I was being listen to previously. They listen and fixed my two issues. Truck runs so quietly and smooth now. Give them a try. You won't go anywhere else.

Always professional and found the issue in short order with recommendations.

I've been taking my vintage auto to T&M for several years now. The service, parts and labor have always been more than satisfactory. I usually look up average pricing for what I am about to have performed, so I know if the quote that I get is reasonable. It always has been. For some who have complained, i would suggest doing the same thing BEFORE you have the repair, rather than later.

I find the owners to be very accommodating. They are very busy, as a result of their good service, so I know that I am not always able to get in as quickly as I would like, but I know they do their

As stated I had to get a new motor because the one TM put in was total crap.

My regular mechanic who is putting the new motor in is blown away by the pathetic work TM did on my car.
There are numerus stripped and or broken boults/nuts.
Wires not placed properly and not secured properly.
On top of all that, the axle requires 3 bolts that need to be removed to replace the motor but only one was there.
If that had come off it could have caused a major accident or worse.

BTW, I think it's very telling TM has made no comment on this post.

I guess the next step for me is the Better Business

T and M have always given me great service. Mike is a knowledgeable mechanic. Staff is friendly and courteous! I have never had to take my car back to T and M after a repair was completed. They are as honest as the day is long.

Service: General repairs & maintenance

Normally I do my own repairs. My daughter who is college student developed a considerable power steering fluid leak. After reading the reviews on T M Auto, I decided to give them the repair. They we on point with the pricing on both parts and labor. When the truck made it back home for Thanksgiving break I looked everything over and I'm very happy with the repair. Thank you T M Repair .

My daughter is 600 miles away from home in school at Plattsburgh when her car started causing her problems. Not knowing where would be a fair and reasonable place - stumbled upon positive reviews of TM Auto. When she dropped the car off - nervous Mom is thinking - oh boy - we are going to get raked over the coals on this repair. WOW - was I wrong. The quote they gave was for not much more than if my husband would have done the work himself. Very fair and reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding! Thank you TM Auto!

This was a really nice and clean place to take my car. Had a dropbox so i could leave my car overnight. Nice and clean waiting room too. Would definitely recommend.
