Ardent Hospice provides compassion, comfort and support to our patients and their caregivers. After a decade of caring for our community, we continue to remain an independent, community-based organization.
Common illnesses we see include heart disease, kidney disease, lung disease, cancer, and neurological conditions like Parkinson's disease, stroke, and dementia. Dr. Kremer has spent most of life in the Dallas area. He received his medical training and completed his residency at UT Southwestern. He has been involved in hospice as an associate medical director since 1994 and 5 grandchildren, is active in his church and enjoys singing in the choir.

We are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and a member of the Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice. Our goal is to help patients remain in their home and feel secure in their ability to safely and effectively manage their health care needs.
We are highly trained visiting clinicians that provide mobile medical services that align closely to those received in a traditional doctor's office, but with the benefit of being in the comfort of your own home. Our comprehensive care is not possible within the four walls of a doctor's office. I have worked with Ardent hospice for over 8 years at several senior living facilities. I am continuously impressed by their entire team. Professional, compassionate and attentive. From first introduction with Amy to end of life, continuous care; bed side nurses and spiritual team. Every physician, Aide and nurse takes their time and listens, addresses family/ facility needs and concerns. Ardent does everything they can to help families on this difficulty journey. You will not find a more committed and more loving company to walk with you as you navigate.
