I am very glad I was referred to Goshen for wound care and PT. The nurse was very helpful, kind, and made every visit. The wound vac therapy was very complex and he had the experience to change it 3 times a week for almost 6 months. The physical therapist was awesome and helped me walk again after my wound healed up. If I or my family ever needs home health, I will recommend Goshen.

Very unprofessional staff. I agreed to meet an attendant & Toni, the intake coordinator, Friday around 8 to 8:30 in the morning. I explained to Toni I had work meetings and couldn't attend later in the day. 9:15 came and went, and no one showed. I received a call at 9:15 stating someone was on the way but I had to cancel because I knew the meeting would take at least a half hour and I had a work meeting at 10 a.m. Toni from Goshen made an excuse stating her husband interfered with her ability to leave home earlier. Then, Goshen contacted the nurse case manager from my insurance company stating

After my wounded warrior son was assigned this company (he has a brain injury) no one showed up 4 days in a row. When someone finally came she didn't have experience or transportation although she was sweet. She left an hour early and came 40 minutes late for the next 3 days. When I called to see if we could get someone who could fill the full 3 hours they said ok. Next day they called and said they didnt have the staff for our needs. The worst part though is that they told the VA that they fired themselves because WE were difficult to deal with!! WOW WOW WOW! How terrible and unprofessional can

They are always knowledgeable patient and diligent whenever she needs something or has any questions and/or concerns. This company is very unprofessional, twice my attendant did not show up for work to take care of my youngest son who has a brain injury and the company did not have a replacement I had to leave my job so my older son could go to work. If they did not have enough staff why pick up a new client if you could not provide proper coverage.The second time was the last straw for me and my son putting our jobs in jeopardy, I reported this company to the State this was unacceptable for a company to just disregard the severity of this incident.

They treated my wife. She's been considered terminally ill for the last decade, so we've worked with as many or more home healthcare agencies; however, none of them have been unprofessional, gone out of their way to treat us with disrespect, and blatantly lie to us in the process. It's only been less than a month, but it seems like we've been with them a year because they've managed to make so many mistakes. They've even injured my wife and set back her progress multiple times. They FIRED us today and we couldn't be happier.
