The Foster team has been so wonderful over the years. They have been such a pleasure to deal. They've been prompt and professional in dealing with any unforeseen issues. From beginning to end they've gone above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our temporary home. Lastly, Thomas was super helpful and made sure we retrieved any belongings we left behind. If you are looking for a Management company with INTEGRITY, Then Foster Realty, LLC is your company. Let me tell you why. I have been renting my home from them for several years and a few years ago my pay schedule changed to being paid once a month in the middle of the month. Which caused my rent to being late every month, so I was charged late fees. After a 1 year of paying late, I recieved a unexpected call from Veronica telling me that they had made a mistake on my late fees and had been charging me too much and she was putting a credit on my account that would equal 1 month rent that I

We had an emergency moving situation that required us to move very quickly and Lora was there to catch everything I threw at her with a smile on her face. She was responsive at all hours of the day and was able to switch gears quickly with us when we needed her to. I don't know how we would have done it without her. Closed on our house yesterday. The buyer's agent, Dennis Powell somehow got confused on the home warranty situation. The title calls me at work asking about it, I have to call my agent who's on vacation so he can take care of this nonissue. So Dennis held up the closing, which to the point where the buyer's lender CCCU was late on the wire transfer for the payoff. This in turn, caused the title company to wire the next day--today. Because it was wired the next day today, another month of non prorated mortgage interest kicked in and we got screwed out of $500+. All because Dennis

Evan and his team were absolutely wonderful during a lease at the Martin. I had moved to Vegas suddenly and was worried about using Foster Realty as I did not have much time to research. I had some concerns and almost pulled out of the lease. Evan called me, then he called again when my husband was home and assured both us that we did not need to worry. Any issues were resolved timely and with a very friendly attitude. Would highly recommend.

I've rented from this company for a year now and they have been awesome! Anytime I needed a repair they were here so quickly and then Kortnie (super sweet) would do a follow up email to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Once, Evan became aware of our situation he handled the situation with speed and top notch customer care. I want to personally thank him for is attention.
He coordinated its so an A/C repair person came out on a Saturday and repaired the A/C. We really appreciate him going the extra mile for us.
I can now with good faith recommend Foster Realty to anyone asking for a. Reference.
We are tenants of a unit that Foster Realty manages the A/C went out 3 days ago. We have been asking for it to be repaired. It is lunch time on Friday, NOTHING! The boilerplate response

Waste of time. Received an introductory text after calling their office, speaking with agent Min Lee, then nothing. No emails, no returned phone calls, no text replies. I'm looking to relocate from Los Angeles and buy 10-12 rentals in Vegas.

Evan and Foster Realty are awesome. I rented an apartment from them for 3 years. I appreciated how fair they were the entire time I rented the unit concerning the rent and everything else.

The gentlemen at Foster Realty made my move-in process stress free and lots of fun.
Tom, Joseph, and Isaiah were very upbeat, funny, professional, helpful, and thorough from signing my lease to my walk-through.
Tom made sure that I understood the terms of my lease.
Isaiah was warm and accommodating when I needed to change my walk-through time.
Joseph wanted to make sure everything was to my standard and that I was happy with my move-in.
