Ms. Susan DeMil, of Properties Unlimited, has handled the sale of two estate homes which I was the personal representative. At all times she was professional, honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business. Never did I lose confidence in her services. Both homes were a distance for her to travel and she never hesitated to make the drive. I will definitely contact her for any real estate services in the future.

I used this company to sell my former husband’s 11 acres and house. Susan, my realtor went out of her way to make this sale happen. She assisted me to prepare this trust/estate sale and she found errors in paper work prior to the sale that needed to be cleared up long before I could even sell it.
