I am thoroughly impressed with the work JZ roofing did on my house. I contracted with Jack of JZ roofing at the beginning of 2020, but because of the global situation, I didn't have them come out to do the roof until 2021. I was hesitant to go with them at first because I did not receive a personal recommendation so I was concerned about what the quality of the work would be. Well Jack came out and did an estimate, and the amount he quoted me was lower than what I expected. In fact, another company quoted me 3 times as much for the same GAF roof, so I called Jack the same day to come start the

I call for a quote for a repair/Replace a replace roof and the guy tells me it’s $150 just to quote a job. He called it a service fee. I ask what service did he do. I’m guessing this is so people feel like they have to use him because they already invested $150, this goes against a free market and I hope no one‘s is stupid enough to use him. Found 3 other guys to come out in 10 min.
