Services
At Renew Acupuncture we offer natural, safe and sustainable healthcare. With the use of acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, nutritional guidance and other Eastern modalities, we are able to manage a wide variety of health conditions. We carry high quality herbal remedies, free of pesticides and heavy metals.
Your first visit will last approximately 90 minutes. During the session we will go over your history, diet & lifestyle and chief complaint in depth. Your tongue and pulse will be examined to arrive at a Chinese medical diagnosis. After the treatment, your Acupuncturist may recommend Chinese herbs and modifications to your diet & lifestyle.
Renew Acupuncture is excited to be offering their services in the Heights, an eclectic and historical part of Houston. Street parking is available on Heights Boulevard or W 10th or 10th 1/2 Street. You may also find parking on the northbound side of Yale except from 4-6pm each day. Please give yourself ample time to find us the first time.

I have been going to Renew Acupuncture for the last 18 months. Looking back, my only regret is that I didn't come to see Sonal sooner. She takes time to ask questions, listen to what I have to say and ultimately help me with whatever health issues I'm having. I always feel so much better after my appointments. Amazing treatment for pain management, hormone regulation, & digestion. Sonal is very thorough each and every time I go. She has been helping me with stress, focus, anxiety, shoulder/neck/back/hip pain, & hormone regulation. I was recommended to Sonal at Renew Acupuncture by a friend in hope's of getting some of my chronic pain under control. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and in addition to the pain in many areas of my body from the RA, I was in a severe car wreck that caused three broken vertebra in the mid back and ruptured disks in my neck and lower back. I have had 5 treatments with Sonal and must say that she has helped me tremendously. I could not be more pleased. While I know I will always have some level of pain with the RA, I am not experiencing the extreme pain that I was in prior to working with her
