The worst. So rude.
I had one of the rudest encounters with one of the employees on the phone today. We were going through the details of the tow and I told him if there was a phone number for the driver that I could give my dad so that he would be able to tell him exactly where the car was stalled. I was calling on behalf of him, from home. He interrupted me, asked me repeatedly what I meant, and then told me that wasn't how things worked. I told him that he could have just explained how I could go about it then, and that I would have needed to do it directly myself. At that point, he abruptly

My old junk broke down in downtown and I didn't know what to do to be honest. I called them and although the took like 45minutes to get to me they didn't charge me as bad as these other reviews. The driver was also very helpful he took me to nearest mechanic, which I though he's going to take me father to get more money from me but no just took a couple miles down. Overall I was a good service.

9.6 miles. $334.00. My car was towed 9.6 miles from west hollywood to the volkswagen dealership downtown. $334 is over three times the price I have previously paid on two other occasions to tow my car the same distance. There are many towing companies. DO NOT make the same mistake as I did. Use one of the many other towing services that charges a reasonable rate. $334 for a 9.6 mile tow is a scam.
They called to check on the service and I explained the above. Crickets. Below is the breakdown on my receipt. BEWARE.
