Our Activities Program is full of fun, informative, and entertaining events for everyone. Each day there are plenty of activities to not only keep you busy, but you will find it is a great place where you can go to socialize with others. Join us for ice cream socials, arts and crafts classes, music appreciation, current events, or a lecture series.
Greentree Health and Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, located at 70 West Green Tree Road, next to Clintonville High School. We feature 60 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Very impressed with the Building updates and restructuring of the staff. Much improved fom the past ! Truly has transformed Greentree into a great facility. Director of nursing, social worker, nurses and staff go out of there way to work with familys to insure a super improved stay . Thanks for all you did for my mom during her stay ! 5 stars ++++

Their employees are all really enjoy working with the residents & do a great job. The dietary folks give the residents a lot of food & they get dessert, too. The activities department gets residents together for bingo, cards, crafts, writing letters, baking goodies, etc.
