Very professional and Dr. Tulasi was very informative. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. I recommend them very highly. The appointment was for my husband John but I am strongly considering going to her for an evaluation. My wife made me an appointment for a check up after not having gone to the dentist in years.

Where do I even start. I went to this place years ago and the ptsd still remains. I was told I had 7 cavities and needed fillings in them. So I started my process to get my filling done. The last filling I "needed" the dentist told me it was really deep, while drilling my tooth she drilled on my tongue and freaked out and left some medicine on my tongue to help it heal so crazy. I didn't feel anything at the time because my mouth was numb but let me tell you I did after. They told my sister she needed a deep cleaning and 10 fillings. I love this office! Josephine always makes the experience a great one, no one cleans teeth better than her. She is very knowledgeable and always very kind. As someone who is typically afraid of going to the dentist, coming here is always a breath of fresh air. I am never disappointed, everyone is always so wonderful.

I had a deep cleaning done yesterday and I was terrified as I suffer from bad anxiety. Jojo did the cleaning and she is wonderful! She is always so nice and really loves her job. Yesterday she was gentle and explained everything and also calmed my nerves! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank u again Jojo! We need more people like you around. Also, the girls up front are always friendly.

I love the staff here and have been coming here for years. Took a star off only due to lack of available appointments. it is soo hard to get in when you have to reschedule an appt. I had to wait almost 2 months with a cavity due to not having an available appt for a Filling!! I always show to my appts here but the last time I missed my Cleaning due to being sick the day prior and it threw me out of whack. I explained this to the front desk staff and she pushed my appt for my cleaning out 4 more months!!! this is such an inconvenience. I love the staff and Dr T but the lack of appts is going to

I found CT family dental after moving to Waterbury. Dr. Tulasi is great. She is by far my favorite dentist out of all the ones I’ve had over the years. She is very thorough and accommodating. I’ve had two root canal and I’ve barely felt anything. The staff is incredible friendly and always try their best to work with you schedule. Highly recommend!

I schedule 4 appointments and only was seen twice. My 9 year old had to get her teeth looked at for the first time first visit was ok I was there with her really didn't feel a good vibe I thought it was just me so my wife made another appointment with me again so I gave it another shot so when I went to take her I pulled up to their parking lot and noticed that parking lot was empty their place was closed I happened to catch someone walking out and informed me that they remodeling so they were closed no one called me to informe me or cancel appointment I waited for someone to call still didn

My boyfriend had a difficult tooth that needed to come out, and instead of referring him to an oral surgeon that specializes in extractions, Dr. Talati decided to handle it in-house. Not only did the extraction take about 2 hours; it was the most brutal butchering I have ever witnessed. Dr. Talati slit both sides of my boyfriend's gums to get the tooth out, and there is still a piece of it there.
Every time we have an appointment, we end up waiting in the waiting area for AT LEAST a half an hour AFTER our appointment was scheduled.

My experience at the office was great! The staff was friendly and professional with my husband and I. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. I have to say when I went for my yearly cleaning appointment with the hygienist it took forever to get in a room and when I was in a room I waited for a long time before I received a rushed and uncomfortable cleaning. My wife and I didn't like service. The cleaning was rushed. They also hopped from patient to patient. Thus you have long waits while you are on the chair. The total time spent on us was 20 min. The total time in the office was 3 hours. That's 2 hours and 40 min for the dentist to complete a cleaning. That's absurd and not worth it.
