All Whimsical Gifts receive a multi-point quality inspection prior to leaving our production facility to ensure products meet our standards. Because all of our products are made by hand, they may vary a bit from the product images on our website. While we love the fact that no two products are exactly alike, we get that some people might want things to look exactly like the picture.
