I went in with a very good watch that wasn't working. The official manufacturer's repair shop wanted $800 to repair it. I said "no". I took it to Persona Touch and Dn had it going inside of one minute, and he didn't charge me. He put a battery in a different watch and is repairing a small table clock, so I am confident of his work. He saved me $800. I'm taking my business here.

I came into the mall looking for a helpful jeweler, after going to a few department stores I was pointed in the direction of Personal Touch Jewelry. I was pleased to find this family-owned business!! Dan was very helpful and friendly, he answered all my questions as well as helped me find a nice ring for my girlfriend. I will be going back here for all my repairs and future jewelry purchases. I can not recommend this store enough! I won’t ever go anywhere else to get my jewelry repaired again! Dan is literally the sweetest guy, he helped me and my husband pick out wedding bands and got us in and out fast. He was the only jewelry store open in May when we needed them for our mini ceremony. I went in again today to see if he could buff/shine out some black marks on my engagement ring after getting it back from repairs at a name brand jewelry store lol. Instead of having it shipped out like the other store was going to do and waiting 2 weeks, I walked down to his store, he literally

Dan and his staff are also very professional and have done an outstanding job repairing my jewelry. The prices here are very reasonable compared to other places.
