Had them out to remove pet stains. Looked great when he left. 8 weeks later the stains are back. I called and he said "we are not magicians" basically too bad too sad. He was happy to come out again and charge the same price. I have NEVER had stains return. The carpet is 6 mos old with an upgraded padding. Use at your own risk

I didn’t believe nail polish can be removed, and Dr. Carpet actually did it!
I was getting ready rushing to a meeting and dropped my nail polish on my bedroom carpet. I had to leave and had no time to try wiping it. Called Dr. Carpet, they were able to be there same day afternoon!
I could not believe it, but they were able to remove all of it, even not a small mark left. I was very happy with the service. The technician came on time, did a PROFESSIONAL job. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommended by me!

I normally never write online reviews. However we have had such a great experience with Dr. carpet several times in a row now. We have beautiful carpeting (Stark carpet)… We have had other companies come clean tough stains & can’t get it out.
We have a dog and a toddler, so accidents happen often. Every single time we have called Dr. carpet they have gotten a stain out. Even the toughest things like pet stains, a berry smoothie, and an old coffee stain.
I highly recommend them and I have learned my lesson not to use anyone else. Best bet? Blot the spill. Cover it with a towel. Don’t touch

I'm going to say excellent excellent service... Richard had come by and cleaned out our dryer vent in January of this year... Now it is November...We were having a blockage in our vent screen...It was actually a dryer issue had nothing to do with the work he did ....his work was solid... He cleared it out for us and didn't even charge us... that is somebody who stands behind there were

Just moved into a new condo and I wanted the carpets cleaned. I called Dr. Carpet and they quoted me about $120 when they got here they told me that that is the price for the basic carpet cleaning and they don't guarantee that cleaning. He told me the deep cleaning would cost me over $300 and that is guaranteed. What a rip off this guy is. I do not recommend him for any services.

Been renting for 1.5 years in a house with about 2000 sq ft of Berber carpet. Heavy traffic dirt and pet stains. Richard started with an inspection and educated me on carpet maintenance that I'd never paid attention to before. He was respectful of us and very personable. I sure wish I'd found Dr Carpet earlier as I've tried do it yourself carpet cleaning with little results. I'd recommend Richard and Dr Carpet for any professional level service. Thank you for taking care of us.

As a realtor I tend to need client's carpet cleaned on a regular basis. I decided to try someone new and went with Dr. carpet. Rich was not only very personable, easy to talk to you, and honest but also did a fantastic job on the carpet. I had to leave early so I trusted him to lock up. Best carpet cleaner I have ever hired. We are new to Orange County and I hired Richard from Dr. Carpet because he quickly returned my phone call. From that point he was so easy to work with, we were able to get scheduled quickly (have used him three times now and this continues to be true). He is good at what he does, pleasant to chat with and extremely professional. Whether you have a huge house to clean or just an area rug, he gives the same attention. Cannot recommend him enough.

I schedule with this company for cleaning my carpet, and they were very helpful, they managed to schedule me for next day appointment although they were booked. Because they understand my ASAP need.
Rich arrived and was very friendly, nice, explained what the condition of the carpet and How he is going to treat it. He did a perfect amazing job! My carpet looks new!

Dr. Carpet did a great job to restore our couch (below are the before and after pictures). Best of all the price was in line with the two other quotes that I received prior to marking a decision. My neighbor happened to walk over and saw how great of a job he did before asking for the techs card. We definitely will be calling Dr. Carpet back when we need to clean our carpets.
