I called him yesterday to see if he could come out and clean out my dryer duct as my dryer was not working properly. The dryer repairman said there was nothing wrong with the dryer, but the duct was probably packed with lint. I called, and he came out within the hour. Since I was here alone, he moved out the dryer for me and took care of everything. Now it is like I have a new dryer. I couldn't believe all the packed lint he removed. We are lucky we did not have a fire. Highly recommend this business.

Capistrano Beach Steam Clean was contacted by wife to clean our couch - He showed up early and ready to work , which I appreciated very much - Dean was courteous and easy to talk with immediately - I enjoyed getting to know him and was very stoked with how much attention and effort he put into a small job like sectional couch - we will be calling on him when more and bigger jobs arise for sure !

This cleaning company is great! I'm late with this post, but Bill came to my house over a month ago and cleaned my couches. My house was out of his usual clearning area, but he came anyways. Those used to be my favorite couches until my youngest son and dog took over so Bill had his work cut out for him. He had a great sense of humor and made me laugh the entire time he was here. The couches came out so good they look good as new! Thanks Capistrano Beach Steam Clean... definitely hope to have you out soon to clean our tile!

We had the company out twice. The first time they cleaned badly soiled carpet (a family member has cats) and upholstered chairs. The second time they cleaned carpet.
Both times, we found the company to be reliable, up front about what they could and couldn't do, and extremely hard-working. The did their patient best under less than ideal circumstances and we'd hire them again in a second!

I love these guys! I've used this company 3 times- Twice for my couches and once for the carpet. I'm never disappointed in the excellent job they do! It's nice because I'm usually alone with my kiddos when they come by and they're very safe family men and I feel safe. They're nice to my dog, too :) I'm a customer for life!

These guys are amazing!! Not only did they save my butt when another company came out and tried to charge me almost 4 times what we had agreed on for a move out clean, Will got our nasty carpets clean enough to get our deposit back. Oh, and did I mention to that they were there at a moments notice....30 minutes!!! Totally saved us!! Would use them again but we are moving out of state. Totally reliable and won't rip you off!!

Dean works with our real estate agent who recommended him to clean before we moved in. As someone else mentioned, he does talk more than he works and asked a bunch of personal questions about how much we paid for the house, how we were able to afford it and other stuff.
He's a one man band (as far as I could tell) and very "In your face" with his communications; like someone that could very easily fly off the handle if you look at him wrong, and he's the "owner" of this business.
I would NOT want to be a female alone with this guy as he has a major attitude. The

Had these guys set up today after reading the positive reviews on Yelp. Dean shows up (on time!) and when I invite him into the house, the first words out of his mouth are, "yeah I don't even know what I am here to do". Pretty odd given he gave us a quote already, but I suspect this is how he might look to change the price quote as he spoke to my wife and not to me.
