I took my vehicle here for the first time after reading the great reviews, plus it was recommended by Repair Pal.
I have absolutely no regrets. This is my new go-to shop. Cesar and John were very professional and kept me up-to-date on my repairs. I had taken my vehicle to a few other shops, they scratched their heads and were full of excuses. Not at Quantico Tire and Auto Repair. These guys were great with no hidden fees.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the work and professionalism of these guys.
Like I mentioned,. This is my new go-to shop.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful on the phone when setting up my appointment. I had to cancel once and reschedule. The staff welcomed me when I arrived and were friendly. I did not wait at all.
My person, John, explained everything I needed to know about my car in a concise and helpful manner. In addition to the oil change the technician observes and diagnoses other problems with your car. John wasn't pushy about getting additional work. He offered to bring my car back in and change a tire for me after I remembered I should have done that.

I can always trust & count on Quantico Tire & Auto Care to care for my car. I live in Stafford and gladly take my car to them for all my car services even though I live near numerous auto care places in Stafford. I took my car in because of a check engine light that ended up being my fuel system. The problem was throughly explained to me as well as other issues. To my surprise my car was fixed the same day. My only issue is that I’ll be moving out of state and will have to find a reliable auto care that matches Quantico Tire & Auto Care. They are fair, trustworthy, and reliable.

As soon as we walked in the door, the shop front was very clean, beautiful modern look inside. The employees were extremely friendly and professional. Just moved to the area not long ago, but have found my new shop that I will make my regular shop for maintenance. Thank you again for your awesome work.

This is my first time using a business beside the dealership. I actually enjoyed the experience, they communicated well both by e-mail and by phone. Upon arrival, the check in process was quick. The waiting area was clean and decor was simple. There was a coffee bar, maybe add bottle water for non coffee drinkers. Check out was simple also, I used visa and received a print out. They also placed a oil reminder on the windshield. (I appreciate the sticker). I would recommend this shop to others based on their reliability and customer service.
