Services
Jon's Towing was founded in 1998 by Hovig "Jon" Gaboudian. Jon started his business with one tow truck and over the years has expanded his fleet to 15 trucks and operates out of two locations. Our fleet consists of late model trucks, including heavy, medium and light duty trucks. We keep our trucks in tip top condition and you can rest assured that your vehicle is being towed by a state-of-the art vehicle.
We hire only experienced and reliable drivers. If you have a class C or A driver's license, a terrific driving record, a spotless criminal record, can pass a background check and a drug test, and have experience as a tow truck operator, we'd like to hear from you. A current AAA certificate and Police Commission certificate are a plus.
Not only are illegally parked vehicles a nuisance, they can be dangerous, especially when they are blocking ingress/egress and/or are in a fire lane. Also, if they are in a tenant's parking spot, they are inconveniencing that person. If you are not an authorized person on the account, we will need to speak to a manager or authorized person on the contract.
That's all there is to it! Call our office at 818-771-1174 and speak to one of our friendly staff. They will fill out a form over the phone and send it to you to sign. We make and install FREE towing signs for your property. If someone then parks illegally on your property, call us and we will be right over to remove their vehicle (24 hours a day/7 days a week).

The most inconsiderate tow company ever. It's been difficult with this pandemic crisis effecting everyone, so I hope NO one ever encountered this company. My vehicle was towed from the property that I live in! I never really park in the stalls, but they are for the tenants of the complex. Apparently, even though you live there, there's no parking between the hours of 8 am until 12 noon, I failed to pay attention to that. September 3, 2007, CHP tows my 2006 GMC truck to Jon's towing. I go to pick my truck up on the same day and I'm told by the owner: "I can't release your truck to you, it has a 30 day hold by the CHP" I called my Lawyer while standing in the waiting room: "my Lawyer calls them on the phone, he tells them you're holding his truck illegally and you will be Investigated and sued if you don't release his property back to him"

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They're rude, sympathy doesn't exist in their dictionary, made up their own insane pricing, liars, just horrible humans.
And sadly mommy and daddy didn't raise their boys very well. They apparently weren't taught to respect people!

Second time they have towed my personal vehicle from my residence and in a handicap spot with my handicap indicated inside the vehicle on the rear view mirror, I called and they told me I had to go out to their yard in Los Angeles and pay an exorbitant amount of money to retrieve my vehicle, but couldn’t tell me how I was expected to travel out there as I now have no vehicle. CROOKS!!! Thugs with a license to rob regular people.

They don't go according to their posted pricing list they charge triple . They towed my car while I was parked infront of my house they didn't even knock on my door and it took them 2 hours to fill out papers

My first bad review goes to Jons Towing! If I could give ZERO stars I so would. I have never dealt with such a petty petty company. Got home at 1045pm and due to the major road work by DWP on Foothill as well as the construction of new buildings across from us, I thought it would be ok to park in front of MY GARAGE till a spot opened up.... So this Co. saw an opportunity with the gate broken, drove in, saw my car and towed it. When I went to pick it up they tried to say the management/HOA company (that is not on site) called them to have it towed. At 11:50pm, it was gone and they really think I

They towed OUR car, from OUR parking spot, at 10:30 at night, while we had the parking permit clearly VISIBLE.
They were incredibly rude when we called to find out what had happened. The most disgusting, filthy, disrespectful sounding men you can imagine.
They will not release the car to us, despite the fact that the parking permit was clearly visible, until we pay 400$.
We are calling the police in 15 minutes if they do not release our vehicle to us. At this point, they've stolen a car that was parked legally.
This is not a legitimate business, they are simply criminals.

"Jons Towing" towed my car from a gated community where we were buzzed in by a resident and we had a guest pass on the dash. The pass must have slipped down when we closed the door and so the car was towed.

Still not too happy about someone being parked in my spot THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW and our tow service not being able to pick the car up because all towing has to be authorized by an apartment manager... It was around MIDNIGHT when I called and our management office closes at 4:30pm (at best) Monday-Friday, AND it's Sunday so it was really going to be impossible to get ahold of them.
Jon the owner spent about 5 minutes on the phone with me explaining why he couldn't come pick it up because our management team doesn't give the tenants, who PAY for the spots along with the apartment
