We used Sunil Chillar to sell our coop in Fort Lee and he was outstanding.
Our unit has been on the market for a while due to the pandemic and other craziness including having to leave the area quickly and relocate to Florida for a family emergency. Other agents were lovely but no one got the unit sold. So, before choosing a new real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. So I'm a potential buyer - & for the longest I can't even see the property that I'm hoping to buy?! No wonder why this property has been on the market for a year now. Most importantly, now I know how lazy these people are & wouldn't sign my condo for a rental or for a sale with them because of the high probability that it might seat for more than a year because of how lousy & lazy they are. In this day & time there are so many realtors in the market - no one can afford to be lazy & lousy but this people can. OH WELL.
