With COVID I wasn't sure how my apartment search was going to go. But with in a day of contacting Dvora on apartments.com I was on the phone doing a FaceTime viewing of a apartment. Marco walked the full apartment showing me every detail. Then he walked the building showing me the laundry room and courtyard. Marco answered all of my questions during the tour. I recently connected with Lisa Yamamoto to rent an apartment in Hoboken and have nothing but incredible things to say about her. Just fully moved into my new place and I love it! Lisa and Christie were such a pleasure to work with and so responsive even during late hours. JCity Realty is an excellent realty service. We were highly impressed by JC Realty. We worked with Stephen Makely, a realtor for JC realty to rent our duplex in Jersey City Heights. Not only did we move out of state but we were on a timeline to get it rented quickly. Stephen is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and nice. I got into a buy sell transaction with Mary Jane Codey of JCity Realty and the transaction and communication between the two parties (seller and buyer) were handle very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend her to sell your property and I would defiantly stay away from properties she is the listing agent.
