Spoke too soon! If you are getting serious oral surgery don’t do it here! I got a personal loan and paid them up front $13000. I communicated with Dr. Krauss during consultation that I don’t get completely numb. He assured me I could get IV sedation. Day of appointment I get a call from his office asking to push my appointment 1/2 hour later. When I asked about my ride dropping me off they never put me down for sedation. The front office receptionist tried to convince me to come in after I explained I’m having two holes drilled in my upper mouth (not teeth) and in my lower jaw another, she

I have avoided taking care of my dentistry needs for years due to utter anxiety & fear. But the time had come to face my issues (broken teeth, missing teeth, need for root canal, implants, etc.) & I chose Dr Krauss’s team based on the rave reviews. Dr. Krauss and his staff are professional and do amazing work. I was nervous about having dental implant procedure done. Dr. Krauss made the whole process very comfortable and painless. Love, love, love! To say you’ve had a pleasant time at the dentist is rare. The reception is cozy, it feels like you’ve walked into someone living room. Once I went to the back everything was so clean and it smelled AMAZING. Noticing all the small touches made me feel so comforted and a lot less anxious to being there.
I have to go back in 6 weeks to get a filling - possibly a crown. I’ll make sure to update my post!

***Update 7/9/21: I am over halfway done with my treatment. As always Dr Krauss and his staff were wonderful!
I just began treatment and my experience has been amazing. My past dental experiences that have left me with a lot of anxiety. Dr Krauss and his staff were gentle and provided wonderful care during my visit. I know I am in good hands each time I’ve step into his office. I feel very blessed for the dental care I’ve received and look forward to what the future brings.
