Repaired our car after an accident. Worked directly with our insurer (Allstate) and it was fast and easy. Picked it up and it’s like new. They even finished it ahead of their estimated date. Absolutely TERRIBLE quality of work. Had to bring my car back FIVE times because the work (which was relatively superficial body work) was either incomplete, completely ignored, or done so poorly that it needed to be redone. No quality control, would NOT recommend, would give zero stars if that was an option, will NOT go back.

Kept changing dates on me for the repair to be finished. Once repair was finished randomly I was unable to pick it up. Got stuck with the rental fees. Was told there was nothing they could do. They are NO different than dealerships. Actually… this place made me trust dealerships more. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!

Took my car in absolutely not knowing what was wrong with it besides the 11 warnings it was displaying, not knowing anything about cars- Johnny told me exactly what was wrong with it, while explaining it in a way that I could understand. For all the work that needed to be done on my car, and everything that was on back order, my car was done fairly quick and throughout the process they informed us with updates. In addition, the front desk was extremely welcoming and nice- not to mention they were very professional! They also communicated well with Honda, for my car had to be transported from Honda

Went there for an estimate. All of the staff were friendly, respectful, and prompt. When I scheduled they said it'd take about 20 minutes and it took about that. The waiting area was clean and had hand sanitizer and cleaning products around for their public areas. They had someone sanitizing the seating area after people used the chairs.

"Fixed" a dent in my car that should've just been replaced and my alignment was worse after they had it for two weeks. Told them they need to redo the alignment when I go in for my new wheel. Appointment was at one o'clock and was handed back my keys at 1:27. How can they swap a wheel AND do a four wheel alignment in 30 minutes? I am an automotive technician myself so I know for a fact that there is no way it's possible. For what it's worth, the customer service was fantastic.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. The shuttle bus driver who drove me home was incredibly sweet and talked about how he loved working for the company for the past 17 years. My car only took 2 days to finish. Definitely will be coming back in the future if needed.

The office team is welcoming and engaging, my repair planner was thorough and did a fantastic job of setting expectations, the repair team did a fantastic job aligning the seams on the bodywork, and the communication about the status of my repairs was excellent.
