Do I have to take my car to where my insurance company wants me to? It's YOUR car and YOUR choice. The decision is up to you where you choose to obtain an estimate and repair your vehicle. Do I have to get more than one estimate? No, there is not a law that requires you to get multiple estimates. In most insurance cases the body shop works directly off of the insurance estimate.

Took a couple parts to have painted brand new parts even all the paint and supplies needed was told on Monday at end of the week they would be ready for pickup well that came called to see when I could pick up was told sorry they got behind and should be ready Tuesday coming up whitch I was fine with things happen I get it but when we called Tuesday and they still had not even been touched I was upset went to pick it up an take it elsewhere and was shrugged off by Jim as he said I have bigger more exspensive orders to handle as if our money did not matter.

This is a great auto repair shop! I was looking for some rust repair on an outer wheel well. I was quoted by other places an astronomical amount. Jim was fair and to the point of what he would do. The work turned out excellent!! I will go there any time!!

I had ordered a pickup bed and had it delivered to Mick's. He called me and informed me how bad the condition of the bed was and that it should never have been sold in the first place. He kept meninbthe loop with everything going on up until it was returned to the retailer(Untited Auto Recyclers). Very personable and detailed. I would recommend huh to anyone who needs body work done!

Took my 15 y/o Lexus RX in for some door work and talked to Jim. He was very thorough, found a couple of things I hadn't noticed, explained the process they would use - very professional, helpful and friendly. I left confident that my car would be in good hands.
