I have been in the insurance industry for the last 7 years with State Farm. I have been a resident of Roanoke most of my life. Growing up here and being part of this great community instilled in me the passion for helping others during their time of need. I’ve been with StateFarm for seven years and Ryan Wheeling is one of the best agents I’ve worked with! His employees do their best to find the right insurance plan and rating specifically for you. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your experience with the agency. I’ve personally worked with Ms. McGuire who is very informative if you have any questions about your car insurance. Ryan Wheeling has always provided me the best quotes in comparison to other insurance companies!

He is a lying piece of crap he sold me a commercial policy and they don't have commercial insurance i asked 4 or 5 times if it was a commercial policy and he kept telling me it was they don't sell commercial insurance i would not go there.

Ryan has been very helpfull by first supplying liability insurance on our property. Now that home construction has begun he knew exactly what to do to provide the ne essary coverage. When we get relocated to our new home I have no doubt he can help with our auto and other insurance needs.

I have had trouble 6 out of the 12 months this past year with my reoccurring automatic draft payments not going thru. I would call my bank and they would state that there would be no reason that it shouldn't have. I also had more than enough funds to cover the payment each time. After months of dealing with this I finally got everything settled and paid in full on Feb 6th of this month. I was insured that the next payment that would come out would be for my regular amount on the 23rd. The 23rd came and for the 1st time in months the draft finally worked! However, State Farm charged my card double
