Called at 6:38pm to set up a tow for my car I was advised that it was a 35/45 min wait. 44mins passed I call back at 7:20pm to ask what happened I was told it was another 45min wait I agreed and wait. I called again at 9:10pm was on hold for 20 plus mins to be told that the drive truck was over heating and it will be another 45min wait. These people are scammers they take your money. Please do not call they these people are fakes.

so I called to schedule a tow and operator said they were going to call me back 30 minutes go by and I call them back.
I catch the operator backpedaling after asking what's the estimated time of arrival she says she doesn't know I asked her if I can schedule for tomorrow she gets on the phone and calls their technician.
She tells me that they need a date and time which was what I needed from them when I called to getgan eta now having waited 30 minutes they tell me it going to be one more hour because of traffic. Im held hostage with there cancellation fee.

This company is nothing but a scam. Waited over 2.5 hours and G1 tow showed up not South Tow. They tried to charge me 500 for an 8 mile tow and threatened me with a 150 cancelation charge. Fortunately CHP showed up and impounded the G1 truck. Spoke with a reputable tow company who stated there are many tow companies with good Google reviews that are nothing more than dispatch call centers who negotiate with less than reputable tow companies. Stay away from any company that asks you to pay before they provide you the tow.

I had an accident, and needed a tow. I called them and the women said that someone was on their way and would be 5-8 min.
After 12min I call back to see what is happening. Another women said he is on the freeway and is 30-40 min away. I then said no thank you, I would like to cancel it.
They charged my card $85 for nothing. I called them to say that I canceled and there had been a misunderstanding. They could not "find" my card on file. When I know that they were the only tow company I called and gave my credit card information. It seems that they would not be refunding the amount

Going home on the 210 west my car started to not accept my pressure on the pedal. I got off the 210 right at use and was completely stopped at the end of the off ramp at the bridge. I called a different towing company and they refused to come get me as theoretically I was still on the highway offramp. I was the net car to make right off the ramp onto the street. This other company advised I call chp and get towed to a local street where they would then pick me up and tow me!!!. South Towing was my next call and they showed up, towed me and took me to my mechanic. No fuzz, no problem. I would give

Found myself stuck with slight car problems. They were able to come pick me up in a timely fashion and were super friendly. They were able to hook up my car and get me where I needed to go in great time. Definitely will use them again if needed!! But hopefully not sooner than later.
