Genove has serviced my boiler for the past 6 years, and I recently had them proactively replace my 40 year old oil tank that was well past its prime. Most of my heating is now done with an air source heat pump, so I downsized my oil tank since I use so little oil now. Shawn and Kevin were professional and worked with me to ensure a very clean install of a new double wall 165 gal tank that takes up half the space of my old one.

We are extremely happy with the high-quality work Tom, Richie, and the rest of the crew did to replace the heating system in our 70+ year-old house. On top of doing complex work for long hours, they were very respectful of us and our home, kind to our grumpy old dog, and patient with me as they taught me quite a bit of plumbing terminology and logistics. Also, Tom is a very effective leader and the team overall works really well together. (I manage a team in a customer service department and have very high standards that they naturally meet!) I highly recommend Genove!

These guys are the BEST! I called them first thing in the morning and they were frank about how busy they were. And yet, they kept my call on their radar and when a cancellation happened, they called immediately to ensure that they could help me out. The service was professional. It was clear that they operate with integrity and with the customer in mind. They are my go-to for any heating and A/C issues! I will whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

Technician came out to look at my boiler. He was not only grouchy but seemed about to explode in anger. Did not have a very basic part in his truck and took an hour and a half to go to his shop and back. At my expense, and unsuccessfully. They could never find the part and tried to sell me a new boiler instead. I did need a new boiler in the end, but went with another company based on this experience.

We've been customers for almost 5 years and Genove has been fantastic. We get our annual tune up on our furnace each year and the few times I've had to call for a repair, they are there, same day! In fact, I was called back to reschedule my annual tune up when they had a cancellation - it turned out to be more convenient. Shawn was our technician today and was polite, efficient and gave us a review of our system before he wrapped up. Thanks for the great service, we really appreciate it!

Genove was amazing!! I called late yesterday afternoon for AC repair (during one of the hottest weeks of the summer), and someone came this morning to look at it!! Found and fixed the issue in under an hour, and showed me exactly what he saw. He gave me an honest appraisal of what was worth fixing and what wasn't on my very old system, and got my AC working again for an extremely reasonable cost! SO happy!!!

We had an appointment for a tune up and the service was excellent. Technician Anthony called ahead to say he would be there ahead of schedule and once he got there he worked very quickly and respectfully, we were very pleased with his professionalism. We are big fans of Genove and couldn't be happier with their work.

Richie and Ryan came to replace a condensate pump for me today so I can enjoy my heat, it was beautifully done! After they left, I immediately provided their names to my other friends who are looking for good, friendly technicians. I will definitely call them again to look at my cooling system next year.

The men were reliable, proficient, meticulous and polite. We interviewed 5 companies, including 3 Carrier and 2 Lennox Dealers. Genove's quote was not only extremely competitive, but Armando's eye for detail and his sense of aesthetics were superior to the other companies.

Two days ago, our furnace began making an unusual noise whenever the air conditioner was running. After the close of business yesterday, the noise rapidly became worse, and it soon became obvious that continuing to run the system would be stupid, so we were left without air conditioning. I did some trouble-shooting myself and was confident in my diagnosis, but not comfortable enough to perform the fix.
