Thanks to loyal and satisfied customers we have grown tremendously since then. We now provide full heating and cooling services to meet all your needs. We specialize in high efficiency quality products. We have full time licensed employees and a building with a fully equipped stock room and offices.

This philosophy may sound simple or old-fashioned, but it works. At RER, there are no customer services representatives and no automated phone systems. When you call, you'll speak to a real person immediately. If you have a problem or concern, you deal directly with us. It's our company and our reputation at stake, so when we say it will cost a certain amount, which is what it will cost.
Services
RER can analyze your current heating system and, based on your energy use patterns, design, install and maintain the most efficient system for your home. We are authorized service providers for most major manufacturers. Summer can leave you more than hot under the collar. An inefficient AC can leave you red in the face.
RER works for you to cut your oil consumption rates. Giving you a smaller carbon foot prints while still maintaining comfort in your home. We can analyze your current heating system and advise you in steps to improve its efficiency. If an upgrade is warranted, RER installs some of the most energy efficient, energy-rated equipment on the market.
RER Fuel was one of the first oil companies to offer central air-conditioning services because it went along with our goal of "Total Home Comfort". Using our computer heat loss/ heat gain software we can design a correctly sized efficient cooling system for your home. Our service technicians can also use this information to diagnose an existing system to optimize its efficiency.
When it comes to heating your home, you want dependability and convenience. With RER you get that and one more important ingredient: Quality. That starts by looking at every delivery, analyzing previous deliveries and consumption rates. When large increases in consumption are found we will contact you to discuss why and or send out a service tech to make sure the system is running correctly.
With this contract you can maintain your systems efficiency while limiting your exposure to high repair costs. RER will perform an annual evaluation / tune up and then will keep an eye on the system and monitor the way it is functioning. If an upgrade, repair or replacement is warranted, we can advise you of your options and of any rebates currently available.

Jeff and his team installed a new furnace to replace our 37-year old furnace, a new oil tank to replace a weeping tank, and a heat pump. From start to finish the communication was great, work quality was amazing, and they cleaned up after themselves.
Jeff was also able to help out with all aspects of the Mass Save program (weatherization/enregy audit, rebates, HEAT loan) and the pricing on all 3 installs was very fair.
RER has delivered oil over the winter and the pricing is also competitive with the going rate. We're happy to deal with a local company that cares about their clients and doesn

We recently had Jeff install central AC and could not have asked for a better experience. He completely worked around our schedule, coming out on a Saturday morning for an estimate. He was then able to fit us in between jobs to do the install in one day. He and his guys worked quickly and cleanly. Jeff kept us up to date with his scheduling and plans throughout via email. He was straightforward, realistic and professional from the first contact. It was a complete breeze and pleasure working with Jeff and am happy that we chose his company. I ordered a dumpster for $345 and ended up paying $1100. I tore down a 3 season room and when it was hauled away, apparently, without notifying me at all, charged my card again for more money because they "said" I was 13,200 over the 1 ton limit and the charges are 0.06 PER POUND over the 1 ton limit.

UPDATE: 4/20 The owner called me and apologized for the process and gave me a discounted rate for the overage. It's a new service and they are still working out the kinks. I'll give them the benefit of doubt but until they get the site and process fixed, just make sure you
