I called to see if the doctor was running on time and was told I could come in right away, which I did. I was called into the exam area right away; everyone was professional and kind. I was back home within an hour, which was my goal. Dr. Vallesteros (Dr. Lisa) is competent and thorough, as well as kind.

Uggh, Dr. Lila Z. Screwed up my 80 year old mothers dentures so bad we had no choice to find another dentist. They kept my mothers $4,600.00 and my Mother kept the unusable dentures. My mother went back to them almost every Friday for two months to have them fixed. My mother finally gave up and went to another dentist. The office refused to redo or refund any money.She is happy with her current dentures and dentist.

They were so nice and the office itself is new and upgraded and i love super close which makes it a shame i have to post this review ! They tried to charge me $800 + to replace a crown and teeth cleaning when I had insurance. I thought it was fishy so I called my insurance and they told me they def overcharged me ! ended up filing a claim and got a check back for like 580$

I would like to honestly say I am really happy with Dr. Lisa and her staff! Dr. Lisa was honest and explained to me my options and took my financial situation into consideration as opposed to many dentists who lie and try get as much out of you as they can! She was gentle and kInd, the office manager is also very good.

Nice office, Nice artwork, nice people working there HOWEVER Dr. Lila's office tried to charge me a 150.00 lab fee for some work I had done. I asked the front desk what was the 150.00 lab fee and they told me it was because I was paying by using my Care Credit card. Imagine that, charging me for using my own credit? I did get them to remove that charge right away.

First I have to say that the entire staff was very respectful, except they were very pushy. If you are on a budget, and shopping around looking for the best doctor I suggest not coming here. They will constantly bombard you with messages to your phone, I've had nonstop text messages from them telling me that I've missed my appointment and I need to hurry to make one! I wanted to get some work done on my mouth and they were going to charge me $17,000 for one side of my mouth. So my mind was blown, who the hell would charge $17,000 from one side of the mouth? I actually found a better doctor

Dr Lila and staff are the best. My family kept telling me to make an appointment after having excellent experiences. I finally went in apprehensively since I've had a rough history with dentists as long as I can remember.

Dr. Lila and her team are awesome and take the extra step to always make sure you are well taken care of. They are always very quick to help resolve any unexpected teeth problems. I have had several and every time I have been able to see Dr. Lila within a day or two to get treatment and even once on a holiday weekend within a hour of me breaking off a large chunk of a filling from a past dentist. The team here is phenomenal and professional!

WORST EXPERIENCE! I came here today after buying a groupon for my boyfriend and I that included an x-Ray, exam, and whitening. Once it came time to do my whitening the billing lady with the unprofessional tattoo on her neck came to me to discuss the payments I would need to make for the cleaning that is required before the whitening. This was not included in the FINE PRINT and I told them that multiple times. They argued with me (the billing lady, dr.lina, and receptionist)in front of other patients for a long period of time.
