A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

This used to be a good dentist before the pandemic. After the pandemic, the office staffs attitude went downhill. This Dr. Phillips is an AMAZING dentist. Although, she does refer out to other facilities majority of the time, the cleaning, and the fillings that do get done there are amazing. This place is not money hungry or greedy like the other dental offices in Santa Clarita. Be careful what you say to one office staff because word gets twisted and make you look like the bad person. I highly recommend Family Tree Dentistry. My first visit, and I had quite a bit of work done on my teeth. The experience was PAINLESS!👍 Every staff member gives you a reason to smile. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Phillips and Dr. Gabriel These two dentists are fabulous dentists. I have been to quite a few dentists here in Santa Clarita valley. Family Tree Dentistry is one of the best. The Dentists care about their patients. They do their very best work at every visit. I love that they are thorough and care about the quality of work they do.

Dr. Phillips is just Awesome! I've been coming back here for regular cleaning for at least 3 years now & a couple of times to fix a chipped tooth. Did i say Awesome?!? Today was the 2nd time i chipped a front tooth and man oh man, i couldn't recognize myself afterward. Not only did she fix the chipped tooth, she evened out the rest of the 3 surrounding it! We really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately it was the recommended treatment that ultimately drew us back to our old dentist. We relocated from Burbank and were very hesitant on switching dentists since we have been with our previous (now current dentist) for years over 16 to be exact. Anyhow I was initially wanting to see Dr.Phillips but due to her schedule appointment times were limited, so we saw Dr.Gabrielle, I have to say the front desk is very pleasant and they were very accommodating considering I was able to get all three of my children in to see her (7,14&15) and myself

Absolutely fantastic experience. My past experience with my dentist office was really good. I left because I moved from Burbank and though both the hygienist and Dr were exceptional; it was the poor service experience at the front at the front that really Slowly deteriorated the relationship. It made it less purposeful for me to drive from Santa Clarita to Burbank.
My mission in finding a new dental office was a challenge because I wanted everything that I got before plus the issue corrected. So glad my colleague referred me to this office. Heather at reception was light years beyond my last office

Family tree dentistry has truly exceed my expectations by far. My son is a squirmy little 4 year old but these professionals take their time and work magic . I can't tell you how pleased I am with every single person in the office. Febiana was amazing, answering all my insurance questions, and Natasha went above and beyond to get the X-rays I requested. Jen and Elly work wonders cleaning his teeth and Dr. Phillips is so patient and took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about my concerns. Truly amazing. I can't say enough.

My experience at Family Tree Dentistry has been wonderful. I went in for treatment for the first time with their office after a traumatizing experience I had wth another office and Dr. Phillips and her staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. As I read aout Dr sarah Phillips and the staff, I can only say that, they are by far amazing.
My fear of destists and specifically, SHOTS, I can truly state the she has such a light touch, that after she was done , I absolutely put my trust in her without any further concern.
After designing a cap and redo of very old filling , no swelling or pain.
She also works with Kids
Anyone who works with kids, must me kind and gentle and Truly... she is way more than that!!!!

Dr. Phillips and her entire team are the absolute best. You get the care and attention you need when it comes to your dental health. Dr. Phillips won't hurt you either. You will hardly feel anything when she needs to give you Novacaine for extensive work. One time I didn't even feel it. Most important is that if your appointment is at 9:00am, you will be in the chair at 9:00am.

I'm new to the area and my husband and I were due for our 6 month checkup. I found the yelp reviews so positive and made the appointment right away. I wasn't surprised that they were booked Thursday nights until July but the appointment for my husband was for the next week.
I got a call from the receptionist heather a few days later and I guess due to a cancellation we could be seen earlier and on the same day. (Score! Date at the dentist!)
The office is super clean and updated. I love the little tree nook area for kids, it's very welcoming and relaxing. There is water and coffee

This is the first time that I have ever a strong opinion about a dental office. My past dental visits at other dental facilities have been unremarkable at best. My opinion changed dramatically after visiting Dr. Phillips at Family Tree Dentistry.
The office is clean with an upscale design. The front staff is friendly. They offer beverages in the lobby. The kids can escape to a cave-like play area where they can play games or watch TV. The wait time is never very long. I have been able to get same day appointments without any problems. They send you an email reminding you of your upcoming appointment
