Giving Hands Massage & Healing Arts goes far beyond the simple treatment of sore muscles. While athletic and occupational injuries are within the scope of my practice, the ultimate purpose of my work is to free the client from the entanglements of the mind that manifest as stress in the body. Because each client is unique, there is not one specific technique that will always work.

I went to see Homa because I knew her healing skills and body-work would help me. I was struggling in my business with stress, changing directions, and my body was showing symptoms of fatigue and other strange issues. I knew that not all bodywork and massage is the same, and I needed someone who understands business owners and the unique pressures we face. The results with Homa have been outstanding every time, both physically and emotionally. I highly, highly recommend her if you want to feel better in you body, OR your business.

Homa is wonderful and gives great massages. I've recently been going through some stressful events in my life, and Homa gives great stress relieving massages. The massages I've gotten focused a lot on my neck and back and have been very relaxing.
After receiving massages from Homa, my headaches have disappeared and my muscles feel a lot more relaxed. My stress level has gone down as well.
The massages environment is nice as well and gives out a peaceful aura. I love the water fountain in the waiting room and some of the books that you can read while waiting. The music that is played

I got a set of 4 certificates through a school's silent auction. Homa would only allow any one person to use one certificate ever, even though all 4 certificates were auctioned together. The only way to use the other 3 is to give them out to 3 other people. Also, when you make the appointment and during the massage, she will keep on upselling you for the 1 hour massage. I am biting the bullet because this is a donation to the school anyway, but if you do not have to, do not fall for the trap.

I have received many massages in my time. I have gotten great massages in Cabo, Las Vegas, Las Angeles, New York, you name it....but the massage Homa gave me was by FAR the BEST massage I have EVER gotten.
I really cant say enough good stuff about her. I highly recommend getting your massage here. I workout regularly and carry a lot of tension in my upper back. After one session, I feel so much better! I also suffer from frequent headaches and she was able to find the culprit! I had a bunch of knots in my neck she was able to massage out.
Other places I have been to in the bay do not really seem
