As a graduate of the National Holistic Institute's Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program, I have received over 1100 hours of training in anatomy, pathology, and kinesiology. I have been trained in various massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Japanese Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.
I draw from both Eastern and Western philosophies to create customized massage sessions for each of my clients to meet their unique, individual needs. My goal as a massage therapist is to help people reconnect with their bodies and bring balance to their lives through mindful, clinically effective bodywork.

Absolutely perfect pressure. Holly really listened to my saga of neck and shoulder pain and focused her treatment accordingly and more so than any other therapist I've been treated by here. Very personable young woman with a definite gift for this work. Perfect pressure - firm and steady. I especially appreciated reminders to relax and reassurances of 'I've got you' when I was having trouble letting my head or legs droop.
Allow me to use elements from my training in both eastern and western modalities to create the perfect therapeutic massage session for you. A wonderful blend of swedish, acupressure and deep tissue techniques. The perfect way to enhance the effects of your massage. Choose from a varitey of Elizabeth Van Buren aromatherapeutic blends to compliment your session.
If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to call, email or even text message me! I hope the following notes will answer any questions you have about how to prepare for your massage. Pay attention to your body in the days leading up to your massage. Take note of any areas of your body that feel tense or sore and when you feel the most discomfort.
