As a dedicated healer, I care deeply about my work and clients, taking the time to understand your areas of stress and pain to create a customized massage session to help you relax and feel better. Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy (PDMT) is a highly refined system of corrective movements designed to aid in the restoration of damaged muscles and soft tissue in the body.

Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy is applied to all layers of muscles that have become depleted of their normal blood and lymphatic flow. PDMT establishes a foundation for corrective massage upon which other troubleshooting techniques may be added. Since tight, adherent muscles are the cause of many ailments, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy is designed to cause corrective changes to the muscles and adjacent soft tissues.

One of the most subtle and yet profoundly powerful treatments available, cranial-sacral therapy helps regulate the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. The brain, spinal column and the fluid surrounding them make up the dural system, which is separated from the rest of your body by its own membrane.

What can I expect from my massage? Massage may be a new experience to you. When we try something new, we may naturally feel apprehensive or nervous. If this is your concern, we will do everything possible to ensure that your experience is positive and rewarding. You will be asked about your reasons for getting a massage, current physical condition, medical history, stress levels, areas of pain and other pertinent topics.
Jeff S. says: I am a runner who regularly visits Jackie. She is hands down the best massage therapist I've visited. The therapeutic massage reduces my recovery time and she senses and addresses my trouble spots. I highly recommend her. Phyllis R. says: I'm currently going to massage school and I went to Jackie for a massage and some assistance on my technique.

Wonderful place to visit. I walked in and was warmly greeted.
4 senses were triggered the second I walked in. Hearing, Relaxing music
Smell, and sweet scent in the air
Sight, the room was lit with a gentle glow!
Touch, the room was warm
What made this place different?
Most massage places tend to make you feel relaxed while the work on you, but they don’t actually loosen the muscles, and open up the tight spots, here, she made it relaxing, while working down into my tight muscles.
I walked out feeling so much better, and even got the better the next couple days.
Will be visiting again
