Critical: Quality
He has been terribly inaccurate I would be patient and wait if he is your only choice. I think he is pretty new to the field and lacks the experience necessary. I have had three run ins with him 2 of which I had had cleared up by a more qualified person and the third I haven't addressed yet.

Not professional at all. The appraiser, showed up 15-20 minutes late and was very uninterested in being at the house to complete the job he gets paid for. They don't know the value of what everything is, and his demeanor the entire time was incredibly negative and made us feel bad about our home. He acted like he was in a hurry to be somewhere else and as soon as he walked out of the door we knew we had just wasted the time and money to have him come out. If you want a fair appraisal, go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional. Came to the house and didn't even spend 25 minutes here. All he was worried about was the measurements of the house and nothing else. Didn't take note of anything, just aimlessly wandered around then left. T.W. for JC Norby did a horrible job and I'd advise everyone to go else where if they'd like a fair appraisal of their property.

This place is the most unprofessional appraisal company in the Chippewa Valley. When they did the appraisal for my house the comparable houses they used did not make any sense to me and wouldn't make sense to the average person. The guy spent very little time at my how and was rude. I will never use this company ever again and urge you to not use them either. Also, when I tried to get in contact with them to discuss my appraisal, they didn't even get back to me..
